We've booked a Club on Jade next week for a 14 day and all I can find out is just one bag per cabin for the 14 day. And yes we have read all the hints and will try them all to make the best use of the paper bag 🤪

Tampa Fog Never say never!!!

I've read in the past (?) the delay can amount to late in the day+++, not usual, can happen. We are flying home 12/24 @ 2:00 more concerned about what to do @ the airport with extra time....

We are lowly silver and were able to book specialty dinners 120 days (125 for club balcony and up) out including main dining rooms. HOWEVER book the venues with set meal cost like Teppanyaki 1st, if not system will try and charge you for those, even though you still have open dinners. I'm not real good with math, you might be inside the 120 and those advance reservations go QUICK!! However it's well documented there are at least 1/2+ the reservations held back until cruise day, just don't hesitate finding were to book on board and go there 1st!!!!

We both have Android, however with the FAS+ I believe we both have unlimited Wi-Fi, does that make a difference in calls/texting?

From all I've read depends on the ship where a special restaurant reservation desk is located. The best advice I got was ask the 1sr person once you board to let you know if there is a special desk for restaurant reservations and where is it.

avoiding the "transporter tube" shower was the biggest draw.
Amen, Club for me, Jade in a week & 1/2!

I wonder if it has something to do with using the same plane/crew flying both directions?? CLT-TPA-CLT???

I can't imagine why two flights, going in opposite directions, carry the same #.
Our AA from CLT to TPA in Dec are the same #'s so not just a Delta deal.

My mantra as we get into the car to head to the airport is:
Does everybody have their passport?
Does everybody have redundant prescriptions in two different bags? (one a carry on)
Does everybody have cash/credit cards?
Armed with those, there isn't much more to worry about.
Thanks ChiefMakeJRK just added that to our checklist with a big smiley!
Don't worry be happy!

Thanks, ALL for your feedback, very helpful! I was shopping for longer cords and apparently some the new phone/chargers are using "C" on both ends including the charger. And I believe some of the newer ships have both A & C on the wall near the desk, just double checking.

I've looked and can't find any specific info on Jades bedside USB charger. Is the port a type A or type C? Above the bed or on bedside table? We use a charging stand that allows our phones to double as a bedside clock, just want to pack the correct type/length cable.
Thanks,

Quick tech type question, my understanding, including Jade a lot of bedside lights have a USB connections, thoughts on length from light to bedside table? Don't want phone "dangling".
Thanks

We return on 12/24/23 (NCL Jade), not as concerned about leaving late on the 8th as I'm concerned about a late arrival, with flights, etc.... Our flight isn't until 2:00pm, however......

Kind of off topic, for those of us who are diabetic, etc., what non-sugar sweeteners are offered @ Starbucks or dining rooms?
-
We had a drop after our final payment and were given an FCC and that has something like a 1 yr expiration date. Even tried to use the extra monies for an up grade, nope.... Now that is US, might have read where it's handled differently in different parts of the world?????

At one time the Aquarium had luggage storage, however I might have read that has been stopped. Some ports (Miami?) have companies that will store luggage, not sure about Tampa. I'm flying AA so plan to take our time getting off the ship and maybe buying a day pass to AA's "club" at TPA.

Don't know what cruise line you are on, NCL has this, however it's for flights after 3:00 Tampa City Tour & Transfer to Airport. If your not on NCL does your cruise line have something similar maybe for flights after 2:00 ??

There might be tolls around the east side of Jacksonville (I-295). I believe there is some parallel toll lanes that might eliminate traffic. During non-rush hours usually not worth it. I usually use I-295, just don't like the even more congestion of I-95 through Jacksonville.

My apologies Bird, as long as they honor our Premium+ package for Starbucks, I'm good on whatever they call it.
-
Hope it has, the Starbucks package is available for sale on our Dec cruise. Pictures and recent reviews also indicate that the coffee bar in the atrium is a Starbucks.

I suggest seeing if there is a CC Roll Call for your cruise

Used this for 2 weeks on a land based trip to the Bahamas, not as "convenient" however does almost as good. Will be with me on my 2 week on Jade!
