You've always been able to go to the dining room and order whatever you want. I would always go to the check in desk, they'd get someone from the bar staff and they would bring me my drink.

My favorite cabins. We were in an Aft on the Breeze and never had problems with soot or noise. We were in 9481 so right under the lido deck.

same here. We are so close to Galveston and we love a quick 4 or 5 day cruise but with the cheaper cruises, comes, well...you get the idea.

I don't drink the water, not because it isn't safe, but it is filtered from the ocean and still has a high salt content. I buy the bottled water. I buy it from the store online and it's in my room that night.

Thanks for the honest review. I can agree with just about everything you have said in my last few cruises. We've sailed Carnival for years and the service has gone down each time. They have cut staff so much that you can see how overworked they are and it shows. We've continued to sail carnival because of the casino deals I get and we are so close to Galveston but I feel as if Carnival Corp is going down hill fast. Frankly, I'm getting to where I don't feel 100% safe for my daughter on the ship to even sign herself out of camp carnival by herself.

Go to walmart and get the ozark trail cup in sporting goods , it's just as good as the yeti. Personally, I'm bringing my 30oz and I can order two drinks at once and not wait forever when I need a refill.

Yeah, I'm going to need that back in rotation, or better yet, on the daily menu. That's the only dessert I eat!

We've been in that one (well, had the tour). - it's in front of the main pool and fabulous, two rooms if I recall and large sitting area and the biggest bathroom I've ever seen at sea! The only concern I wondered about is noise from the pool late at night.

Not sure what the extra cost was but I'd pay it because it's a chance of a lifetime.

I also found myself drinking more to get my money's worth. I've also compared my receipts and find we pretty much break even so we prefer to buy Carnival gift cards thru Verizon and we do better that way.

Anyone have the current breeze menus? Wondering if it's the same as the magic.

Cruising out of Galveston and 3 port days means I really only get my money's worth on the 3 sea days so we are opting against. It's not a bad deal but if I were staying on the ship everyday (and I have before) it is worth it.

I'm bringing some mixers on board - are glass bottles okay?

I spend around $1000 in the casinos and get okay rates but nothing exciting. I don't know how the people get the free cruises, I won about $3000 last cruise and thought I'd get a good offer but didn't.

First world problems :rolleyes: it's so unlike a Platinum to be unhappy with something.

While my daughter is well behaved and loves steak I think I'll just order one in the main dining room for her. I'd prefer to keep the steakhouse adults only but then I've had drunks sitting behind us who were worse than a child misbehaving.

As a foodie I can see how you were disappointed. Did you ever get a chance to try the steakhouse because, and I agree the food has gone downhill, but the steakhouse is well worth the price and I could eat there every day. Also, was the sewage smell all over? I've only experienced the smell once and it was right after the disaster on the triumph and it was unavoidable.

On the ship, no. Now depending where you go on your excursions, it might be prudent to bring it.

While this can be everywhere, I always wonder about sex offenders on the ship.

I can't believe people are still holding their breaths for this suite perks BS. And now everyone's gonna start waiting for some other crap JH will say several months down the road. Watch it be 'enhanced toiletries'
