I go to Manage Reservation, click on Plan my Cruise, then click on my initials at the top right and select Order History.

There I can see a $0 entry for Basic internet for 1 device, and another for an untitled item with a photo of some mojitos (that's the classic drink package).  That's the only place I see the All Included items online.  And these didn't show up immediately after I booked.  I think it took 5-7 days or so before they showed up.

Thanks tried that and got what you said so much happier now.

  2. We booked a cruise with a cruise company. Its an all inclusive cruise on /reflection for september. My query is that on the Celebrity website under my booking it doesnt mention the all inclusive part should it?

Can't complete logging in at the Celebrity website. It routes during authentication to a page that throws a 502 error. Anyone else seeing the same thing or is it the crappy hotel internet perhaps?

I have the same problem with both Celebrity and Royal for he past 10 days and get the same error message as you. Spoke to them both they changed my password a couple of times and also told me to clear my cache and cookies. None of these things work.

  4. Has anyone else in the UK experienced difficulties with the website. I can access my account from the app on my phone but cannot get into the website on laptop. Get error msg 502 and also it states they have my info but cannot let me into the account but try again later. this has happened for the past week. have contacted Royal via chat and they say they can get into my account then change my password and say this should now work but it doesnt. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems. A friend in the US says he has problems with the app there as they have updated their system

We booked Triangle last week for our cruise on the 18th March through Holiday Extras. A little concern now as someone on reviews said they were going to book Triangle but didnt as they dont guarantee parking space when you arrive. Thats a bit worrying as dont want to turn up and then cant park and have to panic to find somewhere else. Pleased to hear you had a good experience with them thats reassuring

Just booked again for Iona on the G312 after doing the G303. Last time I uses Sky Park and booked in the Triangle car park. This went really well so wanted to use it again. This time I cannot and have tried different companies. Anyone know how risky it is just turning up on the day and pay via the machines- Is there a chance it could be full??!! Don't want to stress if its a big risk so alternative is Portside Meet and Greet...anyone used these?

    Thanks Paul

  7. Thank you Dave for your positive response. We were "upgraded" to this cabin as we just booked an outside saver fare. Pleased to hear it was quiet. I did realise it didnt have a window seat but at least there is a space there to sit if you wish.

  8. Thanks everyone for your replies. I did notice on this booking that there were numbers etc below our names so assume they may be our membership numbers. I will just ask the question whilst onboard as we have another cruise booked next March,

Hi, I just returned from a Baltic cruise on Britannia. Not sure if your itineraries will be the same, but we kept to ours and on schedule. Also bear in mind some destinations have more than one place to dock, although they are likely to use the same one. Shuttle buses were always FREE as we booked a ‘Select’ price but charged to your on board account if you booked a ‘Saver’ price. You get your boarding pass scanned as you board the bus.

Skagen - there was a shuttle bus provided, free for both saver and select. We didn’t use it as the walk into town was only 15-20 mins.

Kiel - no shuttle bus but only a short walk into town

Stockholm - shuttle bus to Stromgatan, opposite the Opera. £5 per adult, £2.50 per child if Saver fare passenger. We didn’t use this as we got on a ‘Red Sightseeing’ hop on hop off bus just outside the port, which was well worth it in Stockholm.

Helsinki - shuttle bus to Makasiinterminaali (£4/£2 for Saver)

Tallinn - shuttle bus to Mere Blvd Old Town (£4/£2 for Saver)

Copenhagen - no shuttle provided. There are hop on hop off buses waiting alongside the port. We walked. About 10/15 min walk to the Little Mermaid and another 15/20min walk to Nyhaven. We like walking and it’s a nice walk wherever you are heading. Walked for over 5 hours one day!

It was brilliant on board, our second time on Britannia. We had a fantastic time!

How was the food and choices in MDR?

  10. How do you become a member of this club. We sailed on Oriana July 2019 fir 12 nights so couldnt join until we achieved 15 nights. We are sailing for 14 nights next month on Britannia so wonder how this will happen.

Cover For You appear to and have slot of detail in their FAQs. Holiday Extras Gold cruise cover also seems to but does not cover cancellation if you are told to isolate by NHS track and trace. These are my interpretations of the policy and should not be considered advice.

Just booked with them this morning very efficient and exactly what we need for these cruises. More reasonable than Holiday Extras. Have also been emailed their confirmation we are covered for everything that Princess require.

I renewed mine online a couple of years ago, was really easy and efficient. I was sent a couple of emails to let me know they’d received it etc, I got it back in about 5 days! The only problem I had was trying to get my photo done to their specifications! My husband took it with my mobile but we had a bit of an issue with light and background! After that the rest was easy 😊

Thanks will have to have a go at doing it closer to the time

Probably the reason the UK sailings have been so popular.  Not something we would have ever considered 12 months ago but now eagerly anticipating walking up the gangway again.  Even in a mask 😷!!!

I agree with you. The only problem I have is that now I have to renew my passport as I wont have 6 months left on when we return even though we arent technically leaving the country. Will renew online and hope its not too difficult

Our TA made a point of specifying that even though its round UK only we would still need to take passports & they should still have at least 6 months left.  Personally I would want to renew early as there are bound to be delays,  same as all govt depts currently.

Thank you for informing me of that. I have emailed Princess but not had a reply but havent used a TA

We have done 2 Round Britain cruises and I would recommend them to anyone who is not concerned about the restrictions that may be imposed on board.

Does the rules of having 6 months on your passport apply to these cruises. I will only have 5 months left on mine and unsure if I need to renew early

The most recent pause on 1/6/21 has a booked by date of 5/1/22 & a sail by date of 12/31/22. Good to know that yours got extended for that cruise & if pauses continue throughout this year hopefully they’ll extend everyone’s date. 🤞

I used my FCC from last April's cancelled cruise for deposit for this May but now fear that will be cancelled. Booked direct with Princess and had no problem using them

  17. 8 minutes ago, Ourusualbeach said:

When were you told that.  The dates for all FCC are a moving target that keep getting adjusted.  It was just the middle of January that Covid related FCC's were extended to Sept 2022

I was told earlier in the week and then I complained and got a repeated email yesterday. Just told to check 2 months prior to expiry date to see if its been extended.

    Thanks for replying
