  1. Rather than eliminating one, why not just plan to use the dinner package on three and then just put some money aside for the fourth. This way you can decide which ones were your favorite and which ones you can skip on your next cruise.

I've tried them all and liked them equally.😁

  2. It could be no one has done the Vibe on multiple ships (or at least the ones that have done it haven't read this query yet).  Your best bet is to view videos on YouTube on various Vibe clubs and try to see if there are any differences or are they similar on all ships.   Good luck!

  3. Here's a flyer from the Snorkel Beach Halloween Party.

It's going to be from 10pm to 3am, admission is $10, costumes are encouraged, there will be a band and a DJ, food and drinks until 3:00 (last call is at 2:30).

I might check this out, as well as the ship's party at Spice H20.

  4. This will be my second cruise in 6 years and first with NCL, I'm pretty much packing everything except the bathroom sink. 🤣

Later I'll repack, but some of the stuff that will keep are sea sickness meds including Sea Bands and candied ginger, my pool shoes, a backpack for excursions, and a miniature Godzilla charm just for the fun of it. Oh, and my Halloween costume since I'm cruising during Halloween.

  5. I've only done one cruise so far, but there are a couple of things I've done that I would like to make a tradition.

As others have said, dinner the first night in Cagney's is a great way to start the cruise.

Secondly, last time I donated a book to the ship's library. It was Polly And The Pirates by Ted Naifeh. This time, since it's going to be a Halloween cruise, I was thinking about The Witches Of Karres by James H. Schmitz (OK, that's not a Halloween story but a classic scifi, but good enough).[emoji16]

  6. Your best bet for an answer is to contact Snorkel Park for the info. I have never seen them post here. Many of the Bermuda businesses have answered email questions like yours. We have found a lot of info from report backs of email questions sent to local businesses who replied. You can email them at info@snorkelparkbeach.com or ask them on Facebook.

Thank you for the e-mail. If I get a reply I'll post the information here for other cruisers who are trying to decide if they should do the Snorkel Beach party or a cruise ship party.

  7. I just saw on Facebook that Snorkel Beach is having a Halloween party on October 31st @ 10:00 PM but no other information was given. Does anyone know if they are going to have a costume contest and other activities or is this just a dance party? Is it still going to be $5 admission? Some more info would be helpful, thank you.

  8. My wife was Cruella de Ville. She looked dead on. I went as a homemade Goofy with big white mitts, floppy ears, doo rag, dog nose and proper colored clothing (used to be that character at WDW couple decades ago) and it was a huge hit. Cruisers really liked the fact I wouldn't speak or break character.

    Have fun!!!!

Just to be annoying, Goofy can talk, Pluto can't. [emoji16]

  9. Hey there! I'm on the same cruise. We looked it up and there is a Halloween party on Oct 31st so we are bringing costumes for sure! If you have children, there will also be trick or treating happening for them. I found all the information here: https://www.cruisecritic.com/articles.cfm?ID=1981

See ya on the ship! :)

If there is trick-or-treating for kids, should everyone bring a bag of candy to distribute? Imagine the haul if everyone on the Escape did that![emoji23]

  10. I was looking at booking the October 28 Escape Bermuda trip and it shows arrival into Bermuda at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. I thought it previously arrived in to Bermuda at 8 or 9 in the morning. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
    I'm on this cruise.[emoji16]

Originally this cruise was going to the Bahamas, but due to politics (NCL wants to run their own ferries and had to guarantee to send more ships to Bermuda) so the Escape was rerouted to Bermuda instead. A Carnival ship will still be there, so we have to wait until they depart.

Even though this sounds depressing bc most everything closes at 5:00 pm, check out the Bermuda boards and you'll see that there is going to be a special event on Halloween in the Dockyard where we will be docked, and the Escape is going to have a great Halloween party as well.

I hope this helps you to decide if you want to join us. And if you do, don't forget to join the roll call and the Meet and Greet. [emoji41]

  11. I'll be in Bermuda in early November and was wondering if there was anyplace to rent a wet suite for snorkeling in if the water temperature gets too chilly? I know November is past "tourist season" and some places may be closed for the winter, but is anyplace open year round to rent items? In particular I was looking at Tobacco Bay or Horseshoe Bay.

  12. No problem.

General boarding starts between 11:15 and 11:30. Everyone in the terminal for first boarding will be onboard by 11:45. NY uses two separate check-in areas to speed check-in.

Thanks! I had this picture in my mind of a scene similar to an opening doors of a Black Friday shopping sale, utter chaos. :'):')
