We have reservations for Celebrity Select dining at 7:30/7:45 each night on the December 4 sailing on Celebrity Silhouette. Does anyone know if we're going to miss the shows if we have dinner at that time? Would we be better off show-wise if we did second seating dining at 8:30?

Has anyone been on the Celebrity excursions "Chef's Market Discoveries -- Casa Bacardi, Flavors of San Juan and Private Dinner" in San Juan or " Chef's Market Discoveries -- Flavors of Marigot and Private Dinner" in St. Maarten? If so, please let me know how they'd were and whether they're worth the money.

Can anyone tell me what the weather is likely to be like in St. Thomas and Saint Maarten during the first and second weeks of December?
