I have a lot of $$$ credits and wonder how a T/A would earn commissions if only credits were used for payment. I would think the T/A would not be interested......or ????

Nobody has mentioned inquiry/booking with Crystal directly.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Wednesday ordered 

to ground both the Boeing 737 Max 8 and 737 Max 9 models "as a result of the data gathering process and new evidence collected at the site and analyzed.

The grounding will remain in effect pending further investigation, including examination of information from the aircraft's flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders," the FAA said.

President Trump earlier Wednesday said the FAA planned to announce that the jetliners would be "grounded upon landing" at their destinations. He said that both pilots and airlines have been notified.

"Any plane currently in the air will go to its destination and thereafter be grounded until further notice," Trump told reporters. "The safety of the American people, and all people, is our paramount concern."

The Sun-Sentinel had an article on this yesterday because the former crew member is to be sentenced Jan. 7.

So the story is an update and includes new information.

A cruise ship worker sexually assaulted and tried to kill a sleeping passenger after hiding in her stateroom. An Indonesian citizen, a room service attendant for Holland America Lines, told FBI agents he tried to kill a 31-year-old woman. He said he tried to snap her neck. He also choked her until she passed out and tried to rape her anally.

He said he was trying to exact revenge because he believed the woman had insulted his parents on the morning of Feb. 13 when he went to deliver her breakfast.

He used his master key to let himself into the woman’s stateroom, hid on her balcony and fell asleep waiting for her. The woman returned around midnight, put on pajamas, lay down and fell asleep. She awoke when the room service attendant started choking her in the dark room. She was extremely lucky to survive his repeated attempts to kill her and, when that failed, throw her overboard from the balcony of the moving ship in the hope she would drown and her body would never be found, investigators said.

Our Cruise will be aboard the Seabourn Sojourn in 2/3/15 - 2/15/15, not the Seabourn Quest. ( Senior moment !!! ) :confused:

The information you provided concerning the 72 hour visa free visit in China is welcoming news.

We have booked a 12 night 2/3/15 to 2/15/15 Seabourn Quest cruise, Singapore R/T with multiple ports of call in Malaysia. The main attraction of this cruise is a 3 day layover in Myanmar formally Burma. ( Lots of Pagodas to visit.)

We have used our AA miles to book Business class DFW/HKG nonstop on the new Boeing 777-300ER. Plan to make a stop in BKK for a couple of days or so and then on to SIN before embarkation.

Our return plans are still up in the "air" depending on availability of Business class seats on AA from HKG, PVG. ICN or NRT. Not enough miles currently to book flight.

I would prefer departing from Shanghai ( PVG ) so we could spend some time there before the flight back to DFW. Knowing now that a visa is not required added the option of Shanghai.

Our visit to the Houston, TX. Brazil Consulate on September 11 was very similar to yours, Mapu. Our scheduled appointment was at 11:05.

We arrived 20 minutes early and at exactly 11:05 my name was called. We presented our passports, the completed online application with a passport picture attached and a USPO money order for $160 each and our cruise itinerary and our return airline flight booking receipts to Dallas.

We were also asked for our drivers licenses. No financial statements were required. It took about 15 minutes to review/process our applications before we were handed back our passports

I checked to see that the visa was included in each passport...it was...and we were on our way.

Very efficient process.
