Curious if anyone has booked a cruise that was clearly a pricing error. Did they honor it? There was one today for the April 9th 2o17 sailing on the Liberty of the Seas. Price was under $200 for a solo inside. I managed to secure a balcony for under $400 but am not holding my breath.
I just checked this out it is now showing Sold Out.
Hope you keep posting and let us all know if they honor it. Good Luck.

I went in to see about the Adventure of sea solo sale rate. I started with balcony then thought maybe the deal was on interior saw 100 o/o cost.
I guess I snooze I loss. LOL

Subscribing....I am in lets do this!!
I see a lot of people say they are subscribing to this thread, does that mean I do not have to go over to the original thread and open this one each time to view. If so how do I subscribe?
Will not be long now. We will be on board and heading to the Sun and Fun.
It has been three days of rain and damp weather here.

I'm not sure what your time frame is, but the solo guaranteed inside cabin rates on the Carnival Triumph for the Feb. 9 sailing from Galveston and the Feb. 20th sailing from San Juan are in the $600 range. They are 11 and 10 day cruises.
Time is not an issue the longer the better Right!!
I have the cost of the flight so to do less then a week seems like a waste I had been looking at doing a b2b2b on a Princess but just was on the Star so looking for something different.
I still have a few days left to decide so if anyone sees anything I check this thread every morning.
I will check out the Triumph it was 2006 that I was on her and she has probably been refurbished.

I am looking for a cruise to be at sea for my birthday which is the beginning of Feb. are there any good rates for a single. I like Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Holland America or Carnival.
-
I have gone on this one the end of October of last year and it was great. Love all the ports. It's a shame though that they took out Dominica.
It seems that Carnival has really taken to realizing that it is better to have one person in a cabin then none and giving no single supplement on many cruises.
Also Celebrity and RCL have better prices on sell off Tuesday.
My Question does Princess ever have such deals I mean they are owned By Carnival.
What is a casino special? Do you agree to gamble x number of $

I have the sell off site for Celebrity Tuesday sell off days.
Is there a site for Princess Cruises that offers sale Prices?

Does Princess have a sell off or special deal site like Celebrity's Tuesday specials or RCL specials they send me.
Still trying to book for Christmas and the supplement with the cost of Christmas cruise is more costly then the 26 day cruise I am going on next month.
Any info greatly appreciated.

I have been looking at a Christmas cruise on the Star for awhile now, because my friends are doing it. My friends have a balcony booked for less then it will cost me for an inside. The biggest problem in finding someone to go is it is Christmas and most of my friends stay home with family. When I first tell people where it is going I get yes love to then when they find out it is over Christmas and New Years it's sorry I have family I spend Christmas with.
I am on the Royal next month so guess I will have to decide one way or the other and book on board and hope they have some perks.

I am looking at booking a Christmas cruise. I will be on the Royal Princess in May an would like to wait and book on board but if getting low on cabins then I might have to bite the bullet and book before I go.
Is there a way to see how many cabins are available on a cruise?
Thanks

No sure what you all think but I think it is a good price.
Just booked on Reflection Nov. 1 sailing $1030.00 that is inside but for a transatlantic that doesn't bother me.

My concern is that I started the chain for Sept. 1 sailing on the Century and there has only been one other posting other then mine at least as of yesterday. Just find cruises that have active threads tend to be a lot more fun and you get to meet people at the meet and mingle party. You can arrange ground tours and alike.
-
There have been no new posts since mine July 1 is it something I am doing wrong. I am having trouble finding posts for a cruise on the century to Alaska in September.

Not sure if this is super great value but I think they are quite decent for a Christmas or New Year sailing:
Zuiderdam Dec 20, 2013 7-night Eastern Caribbean
Westerdam Dec 21, 2013 7-night Eastern Caribbean
Noordam Dec 30, 2013 7-night Eastern Caribbean
All for inside GTY double is $799pp, single is $1278pp, wtih tax total is slightly less than $1400 for a solo.
Thanks for heads up on Holland America Christmas & New Year I will check them out for sure.
Please if there is anything else out there would prefer not to have to get off ship get hotel then board another ship I am guessing that they are both leaving for same port.
This web site has got to be one of the better ones out there you ask for help and you get it.
Thanks Again

Hi All single Cruisers. I am looking for a good deal for a Christmas or Christmas and New Years Cruise.
This time of year is bad enough for the cost but when you add single charge on top.
I would prefer Royal Caribbean, Celebrity but have also been on Holland America so that's fine too.
Please post if you find something.

That sounds like an amazing deal. When you say B2B is it 2 different itineraries or just doing the same one twice because I tried to find and was unsuccessful. Was the cost $709.00 each cruise or was one part more?
Sorry if I am being to nosy I apologize. The flight will be a bit pricey but when you get a great deal on cruise it helps to defray the cost of flight.
I wish Celebrity would have such a sweet deal I need 2 more points to level up so I get some of the perks on my Australia Cruise in Jan.. So if anyone sees any good deals would you please post or e-mail me at
patlyn1 at hotmail dot com
please put CC cruise deal in subject line Thanks.

Morning All
Have been fallowing this thread for a while and love the info given here. Got the rcl sell off Monday Tuesday Specials site. My question is. is there a similar site that Celebrity posts it's good deals on Celebrity Cruises do they have a Monday or Tuesday special release for good prices.
Please keep posting the Good deals that can be found for single cruisers like me the cost of traveling single is the only thing that holds me back from doing more cruising.
Will check back later today to see if there is a celebrity web site.
Thanks

Hi
That sounds like a great idea when you said transatlantic was it on the Independence of the Seas.
I would be interested in doing a transatlantic in April this spring also if anyone is interested, if anyone has a good deal. I am hoping to find something for Celebrity this evening at a travel meeting held by celebrity cruises.
-
I did the Voyager of the sea out of New Orleans it is a great cruise you will have a ball. Looks like a great deal I would like to find a great deal but I would like to find something on a different ship. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
-
Yes I agree Carnival solo sailings have got costly. As you can see by my past cruise list Carnival was my line of choice then there prices hit the fan. Still like there food and entertainment.
Not sure how this http://www.creative.rccl.com/Sales/R...ales_event.pdf link works but I have book marked it. When I open it next Tuesday will it have new offers?
If there is a last minute site I can be ready in week as that was all the time I had for Voyager of Seas in Dec.
If anyone has any other good ideas for good deals for solo travel would you Please advise Thank You

Morning All:)
I am looking at booking the Celebrity Solstice b2b Australia for 2013. I have never booked this far in advance and it scares me. My way of thinking is if the price goes down I have locked it in at what it is today. I was told that I could cancel this cruise before final payment but would have some of my deposit withheld.
Not sure if it is worth the risk to book today.
I just got back Sunday from a cruise on the Adventure of the Seas that I booked a week before the sail.
Any info would be greatly appreciated have to book by Thursday if I am to take the one on hold for me. Thanks:D

I have not done many NCL but I know with the other lines they do not sell off all tours but keep some for those who have not been able to do on line. So as soon as you get on if there is something you really want to do check it out.
