Say you have to loose 500 hundred dollars or put 500$ into the slot machines. There is no way on this earth that I could drink 500 dollars worth of drinks, I would have one hangover that lasted the whole week. I wonder if people realize that these free drink after 1500 points is just a way to get people to gamble besides there is no such thing as a free lunch.

I believe these cards are geared towards the avid gambler and not someone that might put a few bucks in the machines. It would certainly put a dent in my sail and sign card;)

I believe it depends on how long you play the machines. I put a $20 bill in one of the penny machines, and ended up playing out that $20 for an hour. Therefore, I only lost $20, but I got a bunch of points ( don't remember how much). It works like the cards ( comps) work in the Atlantic City casinos, the more PLAY TIME , they more you get. I am sure it also depends on if you play penny, or quarter machines, but we hit the 1500 after losing about $200, and that was for 2 nights worth of play.

It has nothing to do with time spent. It is all about coin in pulls.

Last cruise I won $400.00 on the first nite after spending $50. I hit 1500 points on the second nite......but I was still up $200. So I basically spent zero to get the 1500 points.

the aft cabins across the back are laid out the same as on the side.

the only difference is the two middle ones--- which will be a few inches smaller and no reported sofa.

the aft balconies are larger- I can not see a lounge chair out there as it will take up your space

 

empress deck 7 is the best deck-- see if you can chose another cabin for the sofa

We had 2 loungers on our deck 7 aft extended on Destiny. It's well worth it.

Maros, Mamas or Gordo Lele's?

Ah yes Maro's is right across the street from Mama's Royal Cafe. We were going to eat there one night but didn't have time.

We had lunch at Gordo Lele's 3 times the week we were there in May. And will be returning to add our picture to his wall.....lovely fella!

What might a non fish eating type of cruiser order there Miss Diva1? :confused:

Best places to eat are the little hole in the wall place.

I recommend Gordo Lele's and Mamas Royal Cafe. So far I have found that Mamas Royal cafe have the best bloody marys in town. But there are more places for me to try next time lol......

 

That is the first I have heard that Cabo Wabo has good food though......

I'd love to retire there.
