I'm ironing, packing, and tomorrow, will pick up travel docs for our June 29th cruise!:)

We will do our first river cruise with AMA on the Danube for the Christmas Markets Cruise. We are hoping to go to China next...Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Yangtze River, and more with and extension to Hong Kong. We're thinking about 18 days..give or take. We are looking at Avalon, Wendy Wu, and comparing to Viking. Any comments or thoughts?:eek:

Thank you for your review! We will be going to China with Gate 1 in Sept. This will be our first experience with Gate 1 but, like you, we found it hard to pass up their great price. It's hard to find a lot about Gate 1 on here so was glad to find your review. We will be going in Sept. so it may be hot?? I'm sure it will be a great time.
