  1. Will be sailing on the Mariner on June 9 - 17.  The dining time for us is listed as 5:30 PM but shows waitlist.  Have never had this happen before on any of our cruise reservations.  On embarkation do I go to main dining room and check to make sure we have a table assignment?  We usually do My Time Dining but early dining time if fine with us.  Thank you for any advice.

  2. My husband and I just installed Starlink in our home.  We installed the system ourselves.  We live in north central PA in the country and the internet we had was horrible.  We decided to try Starlink because anything is better than what we had.  Installed on the roof of our house and we now have "high speed" internet.  It will be interesting to see how it will work on a moving ship.

I always use the magnifying mirror that is built in on GS on Freedom/Voyager class.  I just watched a video on HARMONY  suite and didn't see one.  Can anyone tell me if they have them?  If not, I will just buy a travel one.  Thanks!

I was on Harmony in May in a Grand Suite and I believe the little mirror on the bedroom vanity was magnifying.  Hope this helps.

    Of all the things...

DW gets giddy at our first WJ meal for the raisin bread.  Yep, that's all it takes.  It is good, kind of brioche-like but I don't see it as that memorable.  To each their own.  I vote for the crepe station myself...

I agree with your wife.  I love the what I call "royal bread".  Have a slice each morning when eating breakfast in the WJ.

  5. Thanks for all the information.  I did not receive the e-mail but did check club royal offers and besides having $ off cruises I did receive 2 free cruise offers.  One is for the Sept-Dec interior cabin for the Caribbean but the other offer for Europe just tells me that it is for a free interior.  The Europe code is 20EUR1 and that it is for an interior.  No other information.  Would someone know the specifics for that code?

  6. Was on the Navigator 3/29 ABC islands cruise and I received a $200.00 certificate that was delivered to our cabins. Was a complete surprise and the best thing was I left the cruise with more money from winnings in the casino than I started with. Went directly to next cruise on the last sea day and booked a cruise we had been considering for next year.  Certificate was applied to that cruise.  Was a very easy process.

If you turn up to sail on her on Saturday you will have missed the ship lol She sails on Friday!

😂 You're right.  I'm so used to sailing on Saturday or Sunday that I really didn't think before posting.  We will be in Miami on Wednesday so no chance this ship is going anywhere without us.

  8. Received my Royal Up this morning.  Currently booked in a Junior Suite aft and got the following bid opportunities:

    Royal Suite - $300/person, Owners Suite - $300/person, Grand Suite 2 bedroom - $300/person and Grand Suite - $200/person.

After checking our cruise which is on Navigator 3/29/19 found the only staterooms that show available are interior.  Did not bid on any other suites that appear to be located on deck 10 which is under pool deck and windjammer.  Happily staying in my JS aft.
