Thank you for sharing your voyage with us!

No, I think it would be boring for them and very tiring for you - and possibly other passengers

I asked once & was told there are so many single(older) women who want to travel at any price that Regent does not need to offer many single fares. Personally, I'd love a discount on a concierge level room.

Thank you so much for posting, you did a fantastic job! I get on the Navigator June 11, I loved "traveling" along with you. I did an Oceania west coast trip last year - there was no comparison for me, the food was OK, staffing was OK, rooms were small, especially the bathroom! All in all, with drink package & excursions, I'm sure it was still a bit cheaper, but I'll take Regent every time.

Just received notification that the June 11th cruise from Montreal to NYC has changed - the stop in Newport, Rhode Island has been cancelled and instead we will arrive in NYC one day early and will overnight. I guess many people would be excited to have an unexpected stop in NYC but not me - I live in the city (I can walk to my apartment from the pier) and really wasn't looking for a vacation in my own backyard - I was looking to get away from the city, not vacation in it. I am curious to see what excursions are being offered at this late date.
So disappointing! This is an expensive cruise that had a vey interesting itinerary. Newport was going to be a highlight. I do wish they would give us an explanation. Not very interested in spending a day in New York, I wonder what other surprises await. NYC-London, see you on board

I’m sailing on Regent for the first time in June on the Navigator and our cruise ends in NYC. I was wondering about the Regent airport transfer service. Does anyone now how soon the Regent shuttles start departing once the ship is cleared and we can disembark? Are they large buses like the other ships use for transfers that they wait to fill up and then leave or if they actually have set departure times for the airports? I’m just trying to decide if we want to use their shuttle or just book a car service to LaGuardia. Also, if anyone has used a car service from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal, is it easy to find your driver?
I'm on that cruise as well, and have a tight flight time home (Leaves LGA at 11:49!!, Regent booked flight) I'm crossing my fingers that this will work. Looking forward to this cruise so much!

Thanks for the policy wording, that makes sense. Now I need to check the new return flight time to see if we can indeed make a 11:49 am flight from Laguardia after docking in New York. Sounds too close to me

Warmwater, how did you become aware of the change? What changed for you? Time, plane equipment, seat assignment, etc.?
Email via my travel agent. The flight times were completely different, (about 2 hours earlier!) And at this point it appears they have booked my return on a different airline because of the time to get from the ship to the airport to make the flight (cruise ends in NYC) Cruise is in June, Montreal to NYC.

Because of where I live, having Regent do the air is far cheaper for me, and so much less hassle. I'd like to think they keep on top of it, as I have a cruise in June and the air has been changed at least once since it was booked. The RSSC site hasn't been the greatest showing the change, but the airline website seems to have it ok. Fingers crossed!

Hi all! I'm looking at the Miami to Montreal trip on the Navigator. It seems like a great alternative to a fall Caribbean cruise. Been on Regent twice before, and as far as I'm concerned, it's exactly the cruise line for me. This is the first time I will be travelling solo, :(
Any advice from someone who has done this itinerary, or similar? Good points?
Thanks much!

Yikes! Did they notify you by email? We are scheduled for the Biltmore. I'd hate to take a taxi to the wrong hotel!!
