It is a complete joke that My Windatar is not working and has not for many months. I am convinced they used the same company Obama hired to set up the healthcare website. While I have been able to get things done over the phone in place of My Windstar which has been very time consuming, I am going on my first Windstar cruise in June and it makes me wonder what the service will be like on the ship. I am hoping it is much better than their corporate office. In my opinion, the board should fire the CEO of this company for allowing this to go on.

Does anyone know where the water in the bottles of water they put in your room comes from? Is it purified water or the same water you get from the tap in your room?

Read where you cannot get bottled water on the Windstar ships except on shore excursion. Can you bring bottled water with you onto the ship or at least buy it on the ship? Thanks!

We are thinking about a Northern Europe cruise on either Star Legend or Wind Surf. I really prefer the Star Legend Itinerary and Suite sizes, but have read lots of bad reviews of Star Legend which make me hesitant to book, especially with all the tender problems. We like smaller ships, casual dress code, and are not really into large cruise ship entertainment so Windstar looks good to us, except for the mixed reviews. Just trying to get a feel if these are just snobs who don't like the casual atmosphere or Star Legend really has big problems. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!
