We tried this on the Diamond Jan 5th cruise. It was a joke to put it mildly! We knew we were in trouble when the server said to go to the buffett to get your 3 side dishes. They would come around with various meats with some explanation of what they were but quality was lacking. No where near the quality of meats they had been serving in Crown/Sterling. It was said that they adirned the buffett drinks station with a Brazilian flag and called it good. Would have been better to serve the sides family style at the very least. When we told Maitre D that we couldnt wrap our heads around the concept. He just shrugged his shoulders. On our way out same Maitre D was being ripped a new one verbally from other unhappy customers. This concept will hopefully be "deep sixed Hope this anwsers your question

If I cancel prepaid shire excursions before the cancellation deadline and is refunded as on board credit, is this refundable at the end of the cruise?

We are on Majestic Princess January 29 2023 cruise. Have noticed on these boards people posting that ship excursions are being cancelled with little to no notice in New Zealand.  Question. Should I go with cruiseline excursions that have been booked and payed for or should I go to my back up plan of excursions I have reserved through TripAdvisor.  I understand that lack of staffing is a big problem. (World wide). I would appreciate your thoughts.

Will be travelling on Majestic Princess Jan 29th next year. It appears that I must get a self administrred  RAT within 24 hours of embarkation.  My question is; does this test need to be proctored or can I just perform the test and take a picture of result as proof? If it requires a proctored test , where would I get this done in Auckland . I am flying from US arrivind day before embarkation. Any help is appreciated.

On Majestic princess arriving Bay of Islands Jan 30th 2023. I note that cruise mapper schedule shows arrival near Russel. Does the tender dock at Russel or close to it?. Any info is appreciated.  

We are booked on January 29th 2023 Australia/New Zealand cruise. What are the usual showtimes in the evening. Trying to decide when would be best time to schedule specialty dining. Hope this cruise is a go! Any input would be appreciated.

We have the princess plus package that includes unlimited internet for 1 device for 2. How does the platinum 50% off benefit work for this? Would there be an OBC applied, or would the discount only be useful if we moved up to the 4 device plan?

We are booked for jan 29th 2023 princess cruise from Auckland  to Sydney. Has New Zealand given the green light for international cruises yet?

The Majestic cruises are only cancelled from the 24th of February. The replacement cruise they are offering us for our February cruise is in Novemeber this year so they still plan to send it down here.

I have no idea what they are planning to do with the ship after it's last cruise in February and it's first cruise in May in Alaska.

I am confused: We are booked om magestic princess jan 29th australia/New Zealand. Didnt see this listed as canceled.  Though may other Magestic cruises have been. Should I think our cruise is a go or not?

Excited to be sailing on the L Austral on 8 day musical cruise to Ireland and Scotland in April 2023. We are booked in a superior stateroom . Could anyone give feedback on this type of stateroom ? Also how does Ponant compare to mainstream cruise lines ie Princess or Celebrity. Thanks in advance for your responses

Planning a cruise on the Sapphire Princess to Australia New Zealand Jan 2023. Which premium suite would you pick based on deck. Caribe Baja or Aloha deck? Any info would be appreciated.
