Hello ladies,
I have not been on Cruise Critic for the past three or four years. Hope everyone is doing well. I have lots of dresses to post.
Does any one know why I cannot login with my iPhone and iPad? It kept telling my password is incorrect. But, I have no problem login on a desktop. Thanks

Awesome Anita! You got this thread moving for awhile. Still not seeing other....
I’m packing for our trip to the Taj Mahal, Nepal and Sri Lanka. We are leaving on the 11th and will be back November 17th. I’m also getting ready for our next 180 days around the world cruise. Just put aside many gowns and dresses to donate, but they have to wait after the trip.

Hi Marie:) so nice to see you. I know you always look lovely and I wanted to make sure you know that River Cruises are MUCH more casual than ocean cruises. Of course you can dress up but most River cruises are very port intensive and after being out all day, most folks don't dress up. I took my first river cruise back in 2016 and will be going on my 2nd one next year:D (hopefully).

No fancy dress for the river cruise, just some cute summer dresses I got at Saks.
We are traveling with our group of friends. It’s our first river cruise, we are very excited.

July 7 to 23 River Cruise Start in Budapest and end in Prague
August 7 to 23 Viet Nam and Hong Kong
September Paris, still working on the dates
October 10 to November 17 New Delhi, Taj Mahal, Nepal, Sri Lanka
January 11 180 Day Around The World.
We are traveling with the gang.

I had an accident that shattered my heels. The most important for me is comfort, but style is also important. I love my Fitflop shoes, I wore it to the Yellow Mountain in China last week. I also love my Pedro Garcia sandals.

No, I didn’t. We were in Las Vegas with friends from Bali, Hong Kong, Vancouver and DC. We will be meeting them in Hong Kong this Sunday, then go to Macau, Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, China.

Good morning ladies~ Hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to post a picture with me in the gown but it CC won’t let me do it, apparently the picture is too big. So here is the picture of the gown. It’s Tadashi size 8. I wore it one to the New Year Eve party at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. My tailor cut it a bit short for me, I wore a 3” shoes, you could see my toes when I walked. I prefer my gown to hit the floor. By the way I’m 5”6

Boy this thread is so quite.....
I’m back from our trip to Vietnam. We went from Saigon to the Mekong River, then to Da Nang, Hue then Ha Noi and Sapa. It was absolutely amazing trip.
I ordered this beautiful dress for my next trip to Las Vegas but it’s too big for me. I have since ordered a smaller size and had the sleeves and the length shortened. I also had the sleet closed. I love it! Anyway, I bought both dresses with my annual gift card from Saks, so I decided to donate one here. It’s Diane V Furstenberg size 10.

Wow, this sounds wonderful. We will be retiring in next 3-5 years but I don't think I will be able to do that much cruising from a financial perspective. Do you have any budget allocated for travel or is that not a concern? It sounds like you are having a wonderful time.
No we don’t have a budget. We are able to do whatever we want. I’m lucky to have a husband who doesn’t care where we go or what we do. I do all the booking and planning. I usually give him a week or two notice about the trip so he can pack his vitamins and medicines.
We are lucky to have a group of friends that we can travel together to anywhere and anytime. The best part, we always have fun.
We are all VIP guests at the Palazzo and the Venetian in Las Vegas. Also the Venetian in Macau.

We met three couples in 2016 Around The World Cruise, one couple is from Vancouver, one couple is from Bali, and other is from DC. Since then we have been like a family. Last year we went Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and China. We came home for one day to repacked, then we went all over France, then we met the King of Indonesia in Belgium. Came home for three days then we met in Las Vegas, came home for two days then we met in Vancouver. Then went to Seattle.
We have met in Las Vegas a dozen time since the cruise. But because one couple lives in Bali we have decided to meet in Las Vegas a few times a year and in Hong Kong a few times a year. We are meeting them in Hong Kong on the 7th next month. From there we will fly to Sai Gon to spend a month going from South to North.
We have agreed that each year one couple will choose to travel anywhere in the world and other couples have to go. This year a couple choose to go to Nepal, so we have booked to spend a month in India and Nepal from October 11Th to November 17th.
