The latest compasses do not list it. I've only seen something called "Royal Mystery" team puzzle break activity in Two70.

But if you have more than one of those mesh/hanger bags (for multiple people) where do you put them?

There seems to be only one small bar in the shower (anthem) to hang stuff from.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I didn't want to make a separate post and you seemed to have sailed on Anthem often...

Are there trays or long oval plates in the buffet to carry food on? If not how do you carry multiple items?

...For a while we were really vigilant about him changing clothes when he got home every day, but that was impossible to sustain...

I've had to ask my spouse to read this post because he thinks I go overboard with trying to "protect" the house. I also ask for him to change out of work clothes and now since reading your comment he's like "see".

If you don't mind sharing why was it impossible to sustain the changing clothes everyday and what alternative did you guys come up with to ensure your home is as safe as possible.

On the Quantum class ships...

1- Are the forward inside cabins a long walk to the forward elevators? (particularly blocks #535 - #545 and #135-143)

2- On deck 7 there is an empty space next to 7143. What is it exactly?

Is the Valor getting the reg 2.0 upgrades like Guys, Iguana's etc?

Maybe look into the ports and plan activities/things to do & see while there.

She may need to see the boat as just the place to sleep to get to what really interests her. Not necc. to try something new but to experience something she's already interested in.

She may not be into the "cruise thing" but the destinations & what's there may draw her in.

Yup, just had it on the Freedom couple weeks ago. Very funny.

Love the cookies too, even the ones that maybe are called sugar. Question -where at night are the cookies located -main buffet, or some other service area. Thanks

They have the cookies out only at lunch not at dinner time, What's up with that! Had my husband stay up with me past 11:30 just so I could get some chocolate chip cookies from the late snack area.

I tried to do this 1st but it asked me for a pin, etc. which I didn't know I had to create beforehand at the Kiosk or whatever, so getting confused I just went to guest services. Much easier.

Can you use a gift card online to purchase towards a cruise? I have $100 gift card but don't see anywhere I can pay the money towards my cruise online. I guess I have to call Carnival?

I had to call Carnival to apply my gift cards to balance since the gift cards did not cover the entire amount. Once on the phone I was able to apply 4 gift cards no problem.

Just off the Freedom, this is what I did,

Went to guest services on 1st day and had them put the entire remaining balance of the gift card (about $190.18) to fund my sail and sign card (no cash, no credit card). My gratuities, purchases, etc was paid for this way.

I didn't spend the entire amount so on last full day I went to guest services and they gave me the amount that was left on sail and sign in cash (about $59.35).

So just like me if you apply the entire amount of the gift card balance to your sail and sign card, then you can cash out at guest services and get any remaining cash back. No need for them to apply it to another gift card.

Carnival's was the Freedom in August-WesternCarribean and RCCL's is Liberty of the Seas in Bermuda end of June.

But thanks, I didn't know that Bermuda would be more expensive then a Caribbean cruise. So that explains a little.

Hello, I'm thinking of RCCL for our next cruise but never really looked at prices before so I don't know what is normal, overpriced or a good deal.

It seems like I can get a balcony on Carnival for cheaper than an inside on RCCL. Is that normal?

I just took a Carnival cruise and paid less than $1500 for the 2adults on Freedom-5night(2ports)-Balcony-EmpressDeck.

Pricing RCCL for 2adults on LibertyoftheSeas-5night(Bermuda)-Inside-CatM is $2,111 (and that is under the half off 2nd person sale).

Plus we have never stayed in an inside cabin so I'm finding it hard to get over paying more for it vs a balcony.

I really want to try RCCL but is the price difference justified? Is that a "normal" price for an inside on RCCL? Is there something I'm missing in understanding why an inside on RCCL would be more than a balcony on Carnival? (yes I know they are different companies but they seem to be comparable)

If the 8A and 8B categories are sold out, would they still offer price drops for the remaining 8C's?

Or will the remaining 8C's only go up because people wanting balconies would have no other choice (besides higher category of course).
