Thats Great!!

Now I'm starting to get a little nervous... I booked cabin 8454 thinking I will be getting a beautiful view and a nice balcony with more room.

Some of the comments about the cabins, on the 8th deck is there is a lot of noise from moving the deck chairs above and no privacy at all due to the angle of the divider.

I have also heard that some of the cabins are much smaller than others. I have not been able to find anything about my specific cabin.

I am wondering if I should just go to one of the wraparound cabins or really splurge and upgrade to a suite...

Any thoughts?

Great reviews, my family and I were on the same cruise and I am looking forward to more... :-)

We were at the first meet and greet but didn't get our invitations to the official one after Naples, my sister and I searched the ship but to no avail :-( and there were some people we met at the unofficial meet and greet we wanted to see... other than that the Cruise was amazing but not unlike a marathon! We never stopped.

We used this app on our recent Getaway cruise and loved it. Yes, the app is free but there is a one time fee of $7.95 per device to activate the messaging feature (this fee is added to your shipboard account). Once you accept that charge, you are assigned a special number that others can use to message you. We were traveling with my brother and sister-in-law. The messaging feature was a great way to check their whereabouts in case we wanted to meet up with each other.

 

We enjoyed it so much that we plan to use it again on our upcoming Dec Escape cruise. Give it a try!

Has anyone used this app? It looks like a great tool, it's free, you can communicate with others aboard and look up schedules, book reservations ect.

I'd like to get some more information and reviews from people who have used it.

Am I missing something but with the incidental charges "tips ect" it will ALWAYS cover any OBC without having to spend the 3%. I don't drink so I have never had a bar tab and my last 7 day cruse was $600... it would take a very large OBC to not cover that...
