We will be returning to ship in Iceland after dining rooms are closed. What are the options on the Apex besides room service at 10-11 pm

I tried to complete check in and uploaded a copy of my covid shot record.  Now my check in is at stopped point " validating your record".  How long will this take?  I called Celebrity today and after being on the phone for over an hour no one could give an answer.

Can you use the wine purchased with a beverage plan, or do you have to use the pairing?

Does anyone have recent menus for the Blu?

Just wondering how the food was in the complimentary restaurants versus Main dining room or BLU.

I’m on the ship now. I was told by a crew member the problem started at Bora Bora. That said, there have been no new cases this cruise. The captain said, starting tomorrow morning (Nov 16) the high levels of precaution will be lifted. The buffet will go back to self service.

Hi, looking for anyone recently off the Solstice that has copies of the daily planner that you could post. Will be sailing next month and am curious about the activities on board.

As a perk we received the classic alcohol beverage package. One person in our group wishes to change the classic alcohol beverage to the premium nonalcoholic beverage package. A call to celebrity told us that this is not possible. I believe the alcohol package is somewhere around 50/day and the nonalcoholic is around 19/day. Does anyone have experience in changing the beverage package?

I will be on an Alaskan cruise and I was wondering if my cell phone will work there since it is one of the 50 states? How about data?

We are sailing on the Solstice in July and arrive back in port early and our flight does not leave until after midnight the next day. We would like to see more of Seattle but do not want to drag our bags around. Is there somewhere we could rent storage near the pier?

Is there a must see in the area of Arica. How about a favorite shore excursion? Any input is appreciated.

We just went to a "Travel Club" presentation for Coconut Vacation Club. They wanted $8995 and $199 a year to join. The membership said you would receive discounts "up to" 65%. We can't find much info on the WWW and think it may be a bad deal, sucking in trusting travelers like us.

Has anybody heard of them? Better yet, is anyone a member?

So the corkage fee is not paid prior to boarding as Nowegian cruise line does.

I understand that each person can take 2 bottles of wine onboard to enjoy while in their cabins. If it is taken to the dining room, I believe that there is a corkage fee. Recently, I took a Norwegian cruise and I was charged the corkage fee before I even boarded the ship. Does Celebrity charge a fee for bottles carried on or ones that are opened and enjoyed in the dining room.

Does anyone know how to change assigned cabin. I have called customer service and was told to send an email to inventory. Have not heard anything back.

We are on this cruise Dec 2014. Has anyone done this cruise before and if so, what shore excursions did you take. With so many sea days, we will be wanting to get off and see things at our port stops. I would appreciate any feedback both pro and con on excursions taken. Thanks

We got our assignments yesterday for Dec 5 sailing of the Infinity. We are a group of 6 (3 cabins) and asked to be together when we all booked together. But that did not happen. When I called our cruise professional who booked the trips, he said that he could not put us together. Is there something that I can do, or just have to settle for this.

Please help me decide on the type of veranda cabin please. The normal veranda is on what they call a guarantee and I was told that I could get an obstructed view. The concierge class could also be a obstructed view. Is is worth the additional money for an agua class since we will spend such a small amount of time in the cabin. I was thinking that I was being discouraged from selecting a less costly cabin. This is my first sailing with Celebrity - I have always sailed on Holland America/ Thanks for all your help.

We are white water rafting in Costa Rica. Do we need to carry our passports. I would hate to get it wet or even worse lose it.

I have been told by ship services that the air conditioning was fixed November 8th. Can anyone just off the ship verify that.
