NCL is definetly missing GSC to much. Lets face facts, it costs NCL a lot of money every time a ship stops there. With almost everyone having the UBP there is little to no revenue to be made now. Sure they make some money on the rentals but nowhere near as much as they are losing if everyone stayed on the ship(casino, shops, etc). GSC is great for cruisers and more of a service that NCL provides. It is just very frustrating though when you see the RCL tenders bringing their customers to Coco Cay right next store and your ship is pulling up and anchor and heading to Nassua for an overnight. This has happened to us twice in the past five years, oh well.

We are traveling to Bermuda in June. We have 5 cabins booked for 10 adults.

I have not been able to make dinner reservations for 10.

How would I go about doing this before the dining times fill up. I am talking the MDR, not specialty restaurants.

Im traveling with a party of 10ppl. I made reservations for 8ppl (that is the max when booking online). After solidifying all dining ressies, I contacted NCL to let them know there will actually be 10ppl, not 8. They said it shouldn't be a problem. We are heading out on Sunday.....will let you know how it goes.

NCL just called me and told me they will provide bottled water for FREE so I can mix baby formula after I emailed Guest Relations for authorization to bring my own. I asked for something in writing because nothing is ever free. [emoji848] Anyone hear this?

I was approved to bring Milk, and Juice and bottled water on-board for my daughter. On your edocs, you will see a Liquid Exemption icon. This is your documented notification that it was approved. I still purchased the over-priced 24pk of water for our stateroom.

I know it isn't ideal, but coffee and tea are set out, along with pastries, in the Haven pool area every morning. It might be easier to grab something there before your child wakes up, than brew it in your bedroom. There's also butler service. You can ask your butler to not ring your doorbell, but just come in to quietly deliver a carafe of coffee each morning.

What time does coffee service begin in the Haven restaurant area? There is an espresso machine in our room, but I dont want to wake up my family making coffee.....

100% Agree. My daughter is 4yrs old, and we take her to the most high end restaurants. She behaves appropriately, even folding napkin on her lap. She is classier then 90% of the people dining at Cagneys!

Can you order food "to-go" from The Haven Restaurant? What are their dining room hours?
