  1. My teens met great kids on the Epic at Spring Break that they still talk to, locals are actually planning a reunion at an amusement park this summer. They sometimes did the activities within the teen club and sometimes just met at a prearranged location after dinner and either went to the pool/hot tub or to Great Outdoors for "after dinner snacks" lol

Just make sure, whether they plan to go or not, that they go on first night. This is when introductions are made. My kids said pre-cruise they didn't want to go, but I insisted they go the first night and it helped make their cruise!!!

  2. Totally separate and decent sized bathroom on the Spirit.

Is the cruise you are looking at heavy on the ports or a lot of at sea days....that may impact your decision too...if port intensive Spirit is a great ship, if sea day heavy, I might stick with Epic for kids that age.

  3. How old are your kids? There is a great kids area on the aft of the Spirit for younger ones. I went on Spirit without kids so I can't tell you what kids club was like.

I have the Epic booked for March/15. Can't wait to try out some of the activities with my teens then.
