  1. We booked a 14 day Caribbean cruise for next Christmas on the Ocean Princess while we were on a 10 day Caribbean cruise on Emerald Princess. I'm having second thoughts now and hope some of you can help me out. While on the Emerald Princess the weather was stormy and for the 1st 4 or so days, the ship rocked frequently. It is a much bigger ship than Ocean Princess and I'm concerned that if we encounter rough seas on the much smaller ship that the rocking will be much worse. The future cruise salesperson said the Emerald Princess is a much higher ship and therefore, catches the wind but the Ocean Princess being smaller would not have the same problem. Sounds like a sales pitch to me...so I ask all of you, does a smaller ship rock more in rough seas or not? Thanks for any input you may have. :)

  2. We are considering a cruise tour next Aug. We would spend 6 nights on the land tour (Paris, Avignon, Narbonne, Carcassonne) before arriving in Barcelona to board the Regal Princess to start our cruise. Has anyone done this land tour? We did a Princess land tour in Alaska last year before our cruise and it was fabulous. Just wondering how this tour is and is it worth the $$. Thanks. Linda

  3. We arrive in Vancouver on July 17 aboard Coral Princess. Our flight isn't until 6:30 pm. We asked Princess about luggage transfer to airport but they said we would have to be at the other end to claim the luggage when it got there. Can't see sitting in an airport all day but I also can't see dragging heavy luggage around Vancouver all day either. We can't be the first to face this dilemma so.....how have any of you handled this situation? Is there a place at Canada Place to store your luggage while you sightsee? If you pay Princess to ship it to the airport, do you really have to be there to retrieve it upon it's arrival? We spent a week in Vancouver last July so we are familiar with the area but would like to do something in the way of sightseeing instead of minding the suitcases...any ideas regarding this problem greatly appreciated. TIA Linda
