One more question...What is the advantage of the amidships owners suite over the penthouse spa suite.

We are planning a 14day Hong Kong to Singapore cruise on the Ovation.  We are planning a special occasion and have been looking at the Owners Suites.  I understand that there are 5 on the ship...all are different...and all are available.  Big decision is getting suite 900 facing the bow or suite 742 amidships.  Any observations/recommendations would be appreciated.

Sorry but I need one more Muse dress code clarification.  In our cruise documents it states that on the Muse after dinner all men must wear coats, ties optional.  Is this correct?  On Casual evenings, after dinner, is it necessary to return to the cabin to change into Informal attire?

I am happy to report that the Friends request was honored. We are a go. The answer is that the TA booking the cruise is not critical to requesting the Friends discount/credit.

Quick question if I may ask. Did you notice if there was rice routinely available on the buffet for breakfast or lunch. My better half is Japanese and starts going through withdrawal without the rice.

I will update with a full report soon. I submitted my form yesterday sponsoring a couple on the same cruise using a different TA. Both cabins are paid in full to take advantage of the 10% June 30th discount. Fingers crossed.

In order to sponsor a new cruiser using the friends of the society program, is it necessary to book through the same travel agent?

When you say "we have two couples traveling new to Seabourn" are you one of the two couples? If so then simply request two coupon referrals from cruisers on this thread and use one for your suite and give the other to your friends to use.

 

If you are not one of the two new couples and have already been on Seabourn you can give referral coupons to both couples for each of them to use. You will then receive two coupons for referring them -- use one on that cruise and the other one in the next two years.

Yes thanks...we have been on Seabourn previously and we have two couples that will travel with us in October. I have requested two coupons from Seabourn. Final payment is due on Wed so I'll send them to Seabourn on that day. Thanks for the information.

We are booked for the Oct 13th transatlantic on Odyssey. We have two couples traveling new to Seabourn. Can we submit referral coupons for two separate cabins on the same cruise or are we limited to one referral per cruise?

We will be cruising with 2 couples who are new to Seabourn. Is it possible to issue referral coupons for more than one cabin on the same cruise?
