We've planned a day at Mr Sanchos (cabana)
what I've read we will have our own waiter & masseuse.
In this situation, what's an appropriate tip for each person?
We don't want to offend anyone

Here is a link to that thread. Check out the YouTube video in post 4.

I am thinking of going with my husband on a 7 night exotic western cruise. Which ship should I choose, Conquest, Liberty or Glory?
I'd like to see how the Conquest stack up too!
-
Best answer yet. LOL However, probably just a magnet. Have never noticed before, but will definitely check this out on Fascination in 12 days.
I'll be checking on the Conquest too

Doing my daily check of prices on the Carnival web site to see where we are in regards to pricing for a price drop. Why am I finding NO rooms, but suites for our January sailing? Does this mean it's sold out and that's all that's available? Does this mean we'll not ever see pricing again for our category of a room. How will we check prices? Never had this happen before and feeling confused.
try doing a mock booking using this link.

That's great, as well as necessary, but unless you're flying First Class, if you hit that 50 pound limit then the airlines can charge a $50 or even $100 'overweight' fee for the bag.
gary
OUCH!:eek::(

Anyone know the rule for buying liquor in St Maartin and carrying it back to the states on a plane?
I talked to a TSA agent once about this, but can't remember the rule now.
Is it: you can carry it on board in the cardboard container they wrap it in if your last port of call was a USA port???
Anyone know?
Thanks!
I'm curious what the rule is as well....

I have AT&T with my iphone. Can anyone tell me if I will be able to text or use the phone on my cruise? It's on the Pride from Baltimore to the Bahamas, if that matters. I've heard it's best to turn the phone completely off so it's not roaming.
But once in the ports, does AT&T have coverage there so I can contact my kiddos at home?
Alternately, the ship has WiFi - can I send them texts or emails from the ship?
Same ship last year and my daughte this year
We purchased the 200 text message package from ATT
we were able to receive text message as if we were home but could send out up to 200 text for $30 or you could go for the 50 text mgs for $10
we were also told to turn off the data and roaming on our phone because if we received calls whether answered or not it would incur charges. I plan to purchase this plan again for my upcoming cruise
Hope this is helpful

This is more for those cruising Fall of 2014, so I will need to remember to post this.
If you are looking for something to do in case you are in Baltimore for an extra day or so and have a car, try RenFest!
It's a lot of fun and really interesting. The food and shows are great and you get to see a lot of people dressed up. You can even ride an elephant or camel!
Love the animation...GO RAVENS ;)

Thanks for all the reviews and information. My boyfriend's brother and sister in law ended up going on the cruise with us so we ended up going with Mr. Sancho's since there seems to be more activity going on. We booked the romantic package at Mr. Sancho's which includes a private cabana and massage. Next time we're in Cozumel we will try Nachi Cocom for a more quiet and relaxing time. Thanks again. :)
Did you book through Carnival?
