Yes, we board in Stockholm on  July 28.  We’ll arrive on July 26, so we’ll have some touring time before we board.  Many thanks to Sailing Smooth for the trip report.  Looking forward to a memorable cruise.

Thanks for your post.  We are on the Dawn in late July for a Stockholm to Copenhagen cruise with many ports similar to yours.  Appreciate your up-to-date information.  Would love to hear more.  

We fly from the New York City area on July 25, and we received our flight info on Sunday, June 5.  Our traveling companions who are departing from San Francisco also got their flight info on that day.  Seems as though a fair amount of variation is going on.  

Greetings to all travelers.  We are booked for the 5 Feb Virtuoso cruise from Dubai.  We’ve been to Dubai several times.  Transport from the cruise port we were at was no problem.  I recall using Careem; which, I think is a subsidiary of Uber?  No issues in getting around.  Reasonable prices.   Would recommend it to all.  Taxis are also readily available.  For the most cost effective way to Expo, take private transport to the Metro which will take you to Expo.  
 

Two years ago, we disembarked in Dubai to catch a similar flight. No problem with transportation - plenty of taxis available then.

Greetings to all HAL cruisers. We are considering the late October/early November 2018 transatlantic Prinsendam sailing. Of concern is the small size of the ship and the potential for rough seas. Any comments from sailors with experience on the Prinsendam during fall transatlantic crossings would be appreciated. Thanks.

In March 2013 we took the HOHO tours in both Muscat and Abu Dhabi. Thought both were excellent. If you decide to take these tours, make certain to schedule your visits to coincide with opening hours for the mosques as they are highlights of these destinations.
