  1. Thank you in advance for answering my questions!

    1. Do the photographers still take photos when boarding, on formal nights, etc.. Where do I go to purchase those pictures?

    2. How much do each of the specialty restaurants cost?

    3. Does anyone have recent copies of the Western Cruise Compasses?

    4. Does anyone have copies of the Western Children's Compasses?

    5. How will I know if there is a 20% off deal on drink packages?

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

There is a 20% of sale on drink packages right now! Book it online through cruise planner. They do not say how long offer will last but it does say limited time offer. They use to include the gratuities in the drink package price but that recently changed. Premium drink package is 44.00 per person plus 18% grat added per person. It use to be 49.00 pp and it included grats.

  2. I think if we all look hard enough each cruise line will have the good the bad and the ugly, I like cruising because I live in FL and I can drive to several ports and jump on a ship without having to deal with airlines, limited baggage, etc. It's stress free travel and that's how I like it. Give me a drink with an umbrella and I am pretty happy. I do love Royal Caribbean As they have always provided me with the service they promised

  3. Wow, I am the pickiest person, I like really good food ( I am a food snob) and I want good service and I have to say we have never had bad food on RCCI or bad service either. Now and then I might get a thing I am not crazy about but they go to the moon and back to make me happy. I have tried Princess, great itinerary, nice ship, food not so good though. Trying Celebrity next year for Panama Canal. I have been on the Allure twice and Oasis and we had a great time and the Allure is my favorite. The chefs table on Oasis was amazing. One thing I never do is eat at the WindJammer on any of the cruise ships. I call it the trough and it's not for me the food snob, LOL

  4. RCI has now come back with they are not giving any compensation

To those who were on Freedom 12/7-12/14. I was originally told by the resolutions dept. that we would all receive some kind of compensation and we would all receive an email outlining the compensation. Now I am being told there is nothing for us! I was basically forced to sail on a ship that was only operating at 66% instead of 100%. I paid full price for a cruise that should have been discounted. If I had been told when I booked that the ship was having mechanical issues I would have chose another ship or waited until the ship returns from dry dock, I asked if they would let me reschedule to when the ship is repaired and I was told NO. Everyone needs to email Agoldstein@rccl.com perhaps if we flood his box they will do something

  5. We are very angry the RCI isn't doing anything for those of us on the 12/7 sailing. I wrote a letter to Adam Goldstein and emailed it today but it probably has the same chance of being read as I do hitting the Powerball. They don't care about our business! I booked an 11 night cruise while on Board the Freedsom and if RCI is not going to be loyal to us then our loyalty ended with our last cruise! We have made it to Emerald status and we're trying to get to Diamond but for what-? So much for the Crown and Anchor who I now call the Frown and Wanka

  6. I don't know of anyone who is doubting the emergency, the issue is RCI not giving us all what we paid for. We got a raw deal because of a crippled ship! They had no contingency plan in place should a medical emergency happen on this ship which had already had to shorten the itinerary. They also tried to keep it from the passengers until the wry last minute that the ship had propulsion issues.
