Looks like one of the kids is over 12 so they are charged as an adult.

Also the cabin that holds 2 is a different category than the cabin that holds 3 or 4 and the prices for the first 2 guests is a lot lower on the double occupancy cabin.

This is normal as there are less cabins on board that hold 3 or 4 guests so they charge guests 1 and 2 a premium in many cases

Kids are aged 7,8 and 8... all under 12.

  2. Case in point:

Sail from Haifa, Israel on Oct 19th for 5 nights (https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruises/itinerary/5-night-greek-isles-from-haifa-on-rhapsody/RH05HFA-433285868?sail-date=2023-11-01&currency=USD&country=USA).

In theory, "kids sail free". I even see the discounts in the final bill.

    In practice:

Ocean view room for a couple is: 1021.94$

Ocean view room for a couple + 1 kid: 1,949.91$

Ocean view room for a couple + 2 kids: 2,041.88$

How can one kid spike the price to almost double?
