My bf & I along with our group are staying 1 night pre- cruise at the Bahia Cabana Beach Resort at

3001 Harbor Drive. Has anyone stayed here, thoughts, close to restaurants, water taxi?? Any other information would be great. Tia. [emoji4]

Hopefully third time is the charm, as they say. After booking hotels & canceling, I have decided to stay closer to the airport/cruise port. Has anyone stayed here, close to shopping or water taxi?? I know they offer breakfast in the morning.

We are flying so will not have a car. I actually canceled the reservation this morning & booked at Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport South & Cruise Port

After going crazy looking for a hotel for 1/8/16- 1/9/16, decided on La Quinta Inn & Suites in Plantation Fl. It is 7 miles from the airport & 11 to the cruise port. Not bad right??? There is no shuttle so I am wanting opinions on this hotel/location.

Will be on the Conquest in January in an interior on deck 7. Looking forward to reading the rest of your review!!

Honestly, for 1 night with tax was $213.57!!! I canceled & will keep looking.

I just booked 1 night at the Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port for January 8. I have read mixed reviews about this place both good & bad. My boyfriend & I both agree it's only 1 night, includes breakfast, airport & cruise shuttle. Should we keep looking??

I need to book a hotel for myself & some friends. We are flying into Fort Lauderdale a day early from Connecticut on January 8, cruise leaves the 9th. There are so many hotels but narrowed it down to these for price & location, but need to know if they are close to restaurants/shopping/ attractions.

I forgot to ask you- how did you enjoy your excursion in Nassau?? How was the private tour group & was it worth the $, snorkeling, was the beach clean? Most likely will use them also.

Thanks for all the wonderful tips & ideas. I always check out the Dollar Tree & Ocean State Job Lots, which is like a Big Lots. I buy my sunscreen there for a lot cheaper than the stores and name brands.

My helpful tip is bring along insulated travel mugs for coffee or tea, purchased at the Dollar store. The cups in the buffet are just too small. At the end of the cruise, I toss it out!

Has anyone stayed at the BEST WESTERN Oceanside Inn, 1180 Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida? Is it close to restaurants/ shopping? Clean/safe? We are staying there 2 days precruise.
