  1. My business partner and I will be taking a cruise on Journey with our company (home office paying for our trip). We are thinking about bringing one of our employees. We've done this before on Royal Carribean and the additional cost was minimal. We're fine with all sharing a room.

I'm wondering, what is the sleeping arrangement for a oceanview or veranda that sleeps 3 and what is the approximate additional cost for another adult in the same room?

    Thanks for any advice!

  2. special_needs@rccl.com

I emailed them and have been assured that I will get a foam/mattress topper item ready on my bed when i cruise next week

I also like the suggestion of extra duvets just incase the toppers are minimal comfort.... I will let you know how it workd out.

Deffo worth sending off an email!

I just sent a request for our Jan 8th cruise on Brilliance. How did it work out for you?

  3. The actual price is much less if you book online through the Chankanaab site. It also depends on the package. We are doing the dolphin swim adventure, it includes the dolphins, 15 min with manatees, lunch and park admission. The price was $89.25 a person. I got this by using the chat help feature on the website.

We also liked that we could just get a cab and not have to be on the same schedule as a big tour. My understanding is that a taxi is about $12 each way.

  4. I keep reading about the beds on Brilliance being very firm and uncomfortable, and that they no longer have egg crate type cushions available.

I had a congenital hip defect and it really hurts me to sleep on hard surfaces. I'm flying in so can't pack anything too large. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions?

  5. We'll be on the Brilliance of the Seas 4 day itinerary on January 8th. I'm planning some activities for our group so I'd would love to see the Compass daily newsletters with activities and bar hours for the 4 day cruise.

Thanks so much for any help you can provide!

  6. Our cruise destination is Cozumel, so Jamaica and Belize aren't really feasible options.

We're going to give it a try, even if it's boring I'm sure it will be a nice view.

We do live near one of the best zip lines in the world in Hocking Hills, OH, but haven't made it there yet. We did the one over Freemont Street in Las Vegas a few years ago. It was short, but really fun. They've lengthened it recently and we look forward to going back sometime.
