On Caribbean cruises, we have a pool based on the number of times we will hear "Margaritaville". includes both ship and shore. 20 seems to be a good over/under.

Is there an Ironing board (and iron) in the guest laundry rooms on the Royal Princess?
asking for a friend. haha

How about a nice bottle of stout (22oz). Will that be allowed?

The BOGOHO requires both passengers in the stateroom get the package. I believe on our last trip we just purchased one package, (DW doesn't drink enough to make 2 worthwhile). If we do this again will it be the same price as the offer for 2?
Assuming we can purchase a single package on-board, is the full price single package equal to the offer for 2. (the math is getting confusing!!)

I saw "The Gift" a month ago. And I totally got it. It's a bicycle. The gift is a bicycle right?

Has anyone bought spirits at the duty-free shop at Marco Polo Airport?
Or is there a shop near the port to purchase wine etc.
-
Thanks for the info.
I believe the time spent for pre-cruise shopping exceeds the length of the cruise. (and $)

Country Club casual is an easier concept for men. DW would like to hear a few examples of ladies clothing choices for the evening meals. And yes, we know it's discussed ad nauseum in these forums.
Can't wait to see those sandals!

Do you suggest laptop versus phone for email to avoid the minutes issue?
We have a "last call free internet package" . I'm considering lugging my laptop for use in the stateroom and purchasing an small international plan to make (just a few) phone calls and texts. does that make sense?

I believe I've read that Oceania's Liquor policy states that you can bring 3 bottles of wine on-board in each port. Is that accurate? Is it limited to wine?
-
Looking for suggestions. We will be arriving late afternoon and by the time we board, unpack and have a quick (?) dinner it will be early evening.
Is there a easy nearby walk to nice cafe or wine bar that a couple of exhausted, jet-lagged travelers can do? (we know we will have to take the people mover to Piazzale Roma).

An hour here and there, not a big deal. But taking away the entire evening in Monte Carlo???

Do we spend enough money on-board to warrant the changes? probably.

On the 5/31/15 sailing, the beer offerings in Cellar Masters were a bit disappointing. Not a particularly big selection. Dogfish 90 was available at most bars, as was Sierra Nevada. Delirium Tremens was available in CM, but at a surcharge, $3 more than my premium package.
But what a great cruise anyway! learn to love rum! lol

We stayed the B2 across from the Market place. Great location. great service,
Fun restaurant. Small rooms but modern. Some spectacular views.
I'd stay again. It's now the YVE. Same place though.

[ Doesn't seem right to inconvenience people just so a few can turn the pool area into a movie theater showing movies that probably don't meet everyone's tastes, or even worse, sporting events.
I don't know, watching a baseball game on deck on a warm summer night sounds pretty good to me!

If you have an under 21 son or daughter (18-21) they have probably found a way to have an adult beverage by now... I'd wager they can find a way on the ship as well. They just won't be served by Celebrity staff.
-
It's seems there may be a few options other than parking at the pier.
Premiere Parking is one (and cheaper!). However there are some very negative reviews elsewhere on Cruise Critic. Does anyone have an experience with them?
The website claims they are a mile and a half from the terminal and have frequent (?) shuttles.
-
Thanks all. That's what I thought. Not my first cruise, but first on Celebrity.
Can't wait till May.

For a day or two at the beach in Bermuda, are the ship's towels adequate or do you recommend bringing a beach towel from home?
-
Didn't mean to open up a can of worms, I've never felt as if there was a caste system on any cruise I've been on. Just making a joke, so all is well, see you on the Summit.
