We are considering a Muse crossing from FLL to Dublin. The ship is scheduled to arrive in Dublin at 8 AM. Can I make it to the Dublin airport for a 12:30 PM international flight back to the USA or should I plan a later flight? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks,

The new website gives prices only as "starting from" for each suite category. It appears that you have to request prices for different levels within a category. I would prefer the former website where suite prices are posted within each level.

I have used luggage services to ship abroad many times. As others have indicated, you will be instructed to not use locks for international shipments. I have used only plastic ties and have never had a problem. Interestingly, when the luggage arrived in my suite, the ties were always intact. Never had any indication that the luggage had been opened.

It is great that people in the UK get financial protection.... however, most Regent customers are from the U.S. and Canada (followed by Australia and the U.K.) so protections are not in place for us other than several credit card companies that could possibly assist.

 

Here in the U.S., I was booked and fully paid when Renaissance went belly up some years ago. I had paid with my credit card, and the credit card company took the loss, and did not charge me. Renaissance had not provided the service for which I had paid. So it would appear there is protection when paying with a credit card here in the USA.
