We are having problems with our booked cruise on the Rotterdam after the cancellation of our Volendam cruise. It’s very expensive to phone them from the Netherlands so I was wondering if there is an email address for the guest relations in Seattle. 
 

We are looking at a cruise  with the star. We are wondering if an aft balcony is bigger than a side balcony and is there a difference on the decks. Thanks in advance

Does the oceanview cabines on the Norwegian spirit have coffee or tea facilities. We are considering a cruise with the spirit to Japan.

Hi, we are sailing on the spirit in a few weeks and we would like to know if there is Canadian club whisky on board.

We were on the westerdam right after the drydock. We had a few minor issues: roomkey not working, long rows at the guestservices, but overall we had a wonderfull cruise. Food in the diningroom was very good and the food in the lido was oké too. There always was something i liked. Service was excellent both in the dining room and our cabin. We already booked a future cruise on the Westerdam.

We sail on the Armonica in a few weeks, we have a balcony on deck 9. We can get an suite on deck 10, is that a good idea, because I have read in the reviews that people complain about the noise and it is 200 euro,s pp.

We drink canadian club whisky, do you know if that is included?

we have done many cruises, but this is the first time with MSC. We wonder what is included in the allegrissimo drink package. Are bottles of water included, is whisky include. I hope someone has the answers. We are on the Armonia in december.
