  1. How long does it normally take to receive confirmation? My wife faxed our statement over a week ago, and we've yet to receive any confirmation. Just checked our cruise documents and doesn't show anything. Not sure if we should re-fax, or call to ask first? Anyone else have to submit multiple times?

  2. My Girlfriend and I are leaving on the Victory on Thursday. We have already checked in, but today when trying to go print our boarding passes the we received the following error

     

    Oops...the site is not currently available, but we're working on it.

     

    Honestly, nothing to worry about here. We'll be back up in no time. Just undergoing some routine site maintenance so everything that's supposed to zig, zag and zoom does exactly that.

     

    We know, it's a bummer. Check back with us a little later, or

    call 1-888-CARNIVAL or contact a travel agent for further assistance.
