In may I had my pvp cancel two days before. No penalty I just had to pay the 100.00 fare for both. Taxes and fees were Obc. She said they might try to charge penalty.

Last week we stayed in this cabin and it over looks the Teppanyaki / Sushi Restaurants. They pretty much block out what would be a good view. Also anytime we sat out on our balcony you could hear the music they were playing. 7:00am to Midnight.  It was very annoying.  This affected any of the cabins near this area. Since there's so many cabins to choose from I would stay away from ones above these restaurants.

We just cruised on mg went to spa 2nd day told them we were unable to book the 199.00 couples package for the same price if not it’s 279.00 on the ship.I think there wasn’t t very many customers. They would honor the 199.00 on the ship.

It really didn’t speed up checking we arrived at noon, security first needed medallion, next line needed medallion and passports, then Health questionnaire. They went over the questions about out of the country, probably because of virus. Then on the ship took about 40 minutes. 

We are on the regal now we have five old cards, asked the first day,  said yes they would punch once for every reg coffee plus specials.

The 59.00 for a week of wifi is a bargain, should I wait till on board and use my Platinum minutes in exchange for WiFi package? Has anyone tried this? We are on the regal next week. Thanks, Lescas 

We always try to get rooms between room floors, but sometimes the neighbors make terrible noise. Actually bought a little noise machine for our next cruise in two weeks 🙂

FYI She did get a refund from both Celebrity and Airline, all but a few hundred dollars. After a letter from her doctor. So all was good. Thanks for your responses.

I am on the Gem in 3 days (leaving from Boston.)   I checked in a couple of weeks ago (checking into my original cabin) and just yesterday won my upgrade bid.

 

If you are leaving in two days but win an upgrade you will need access to a printer to print the updated luggage tags and cruise documents.  

 

 

They have all the luggage tags at the port, we got our upgrade prior to arriving, porters just got your color and put in your info. If its too late to print.

we did get a bid on our getaway in March. Double occupancy, I bid 50 OV, 100 BAC and we got moved to ocean view for 100.00 total. It was a great bargain and much bigger cabin near the front of the ship. We are sailing on the escape in three weeks and just did the same bid. Ill let you know if it comes through. 

They were told to get a drs. letter with more information to X and they may work something out. The other four are in the middle of the cruise now on their way to Rome.

I bid for upgrades on Getaway and got it, 70 pp for window from inside. Tried all three categories, but glad I got at least one step up. This was at 48 hr window exactly. We sail tomorrow, March 31st! Of course after I printed out the luggage tags 🙂

We usually leave 20.00 per couple as they go out of their way for a special dinner. We had a comp dinner on last cruise from Guest Relations (another cruise line) after complaint for all 7 of our cabins of 19 people. I don't think the servers got anything. A few of us left extra cash. Most weren't prepared.

We just booked the crown, Nov. 13-18 for unbelievable rate, airfare from BWI was more than the cruise. But thanks to Rapid Rewards points, we can do it. This was too good to pass up. Balcony for 99.00 five nights pp. Ended up on Rivera deck.

Just got off Regal today. It was a great cruise, with great weather and great entertainment. I had the same problem with the coffee card, ok we paid 2k plus for the cruise, 7th time on Princess, can't they just give us the complementary coffee??? that's all we ask. Two staff at IC turned card over and looked, and one wrote the voyage number on it. What's wrong with these people? Will definitely get a comment in the survey. DH misplaced/lost the coffee card on Friday, asked at IC and CS and no one had turned it in, so paid 4.00 for two cups the rest of the days. Had only used one punch :) We have four previous cards with plenty of punches left.

Received up sell on a Friday a few weeks ago for March 1st Regal, called the next Monday sold out, but called back a week later and they had a cancellation so I was able to upsell for 99.00 per person inside to balcony. That's a little steep if its 129.00 x 4?
