Thank you for your advice & thoughts!

Hi CC,
My wife & I will be on a 9 day cruise out of Dover with 2 stops in Ireland. I am looking for some thoughts/advice on whether I should get some Euros and/or British pounds to have on me for tipping or various expenses. I have read that Europe is pretty much cash free but was hoping for some advice on if there may still be a need for some bills. Thanks!

Also, embarkation on 1/29, had 1 pm heck in time. Ship was 48% capacity, was enjoying a guys burger at 11:30. Walked right on.
I have a 1pm boarding time on 2/19 and hope for the same experience. Thanks for the info!

The earliest check in time that was available for the 2/19 Panorama sailing was 1-130pm. I was logged in at 9pm west coast time when check in was available and that was the earliest slot available. Has anyone sailed the Panorama recently that may be able to tell me what time boarding begins? I am thinking we will show up around 11 and hope to board before 1pm (knowing there may be some waiting involved). Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Can 6 different people use the 6 pack of tests? Or is it only 3 people per 6 pack? When you try to buy it asks for three names of who will be testing...
Apologies if this has been answered but I am hoping to test 4 of us with a 6 pack. Emed only allowed me to add 3 names but I thought I read somewhere (that I can't find now) that the info you give at purchase is only for the Rx.

I appreciate the information. We will make the best of it either way but our fingers are crossed that things are back to semi-normal.

I would be interested to know if anyone has any recent experience with the kids club on Panorama as well. We are sailing 2/19 with our 6yo & 8yo sons and they really enjoyed the kids club pre Covid. We are hoping that things are similar.

hello,
My family and I will be doing a short 3-day sailing on the Imagination next week and I was wondering if anyone knew what Day elegant night was on? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

It was on Tuesday night when we were on the Paradise recently (3 weeks ago). Have a great time!
Thank you

Thank you!

Thank you for all of the info on this ship. My family and I will be boarding on Monday. Can anyone tell me when elegant night was on the 5 day Western Caribbean itinerary?

Hello cruise critic. My family & I are sailing on the Paradise out of Tampa on 6/19 and we cannot wait. Thank you all for the great information that you have already posted but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what night of the 5 day Western Caribbean cruise will be Elegant night? My wife is hoping it is not a port day so that our pictures aren't full of tired, sun burnt faces. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are you prepared for the possible addiction this first cruise may cause????
:p
I think I may already be hooked ...haha

It's your first cruise...you'll love it.
I wish you blue skies and calm seas too :)
Thank you! We can't wait

I will be on the Splendor in 10 days and the polar opposite reviews of the ship & service are pretty amusing. This is my 1st cruise but I have done many land vacations in the past and almost every place I have researched has had the same type of differing opinions yet I've always seemed to have a great time when I've gone. So I have a feeling one way or another I will squeeze some enjoyment out of missing work for a week and basically checking out of lifes worries for a bit. Did i mention i'm going in 10 days! :D:cool:

Thanks for all of the helpful information. We will be on the Splendor in a little over 2 weeks and cannot wait! :D

They post the menu in the morning outside the MDR. I check when in the area to see what is being offered that night.
Thank you for the information smcgoldr. Being a newbie cruiser I appreciate all of the knowledge passed along on this site

Can someone tell me if the evenings menu is posted outside of the dining room each night? Just curious if we could take a look and then decide if it will be a MDR of Buffet evening. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
