Just an FYI if you are staying or going near the Rome termini (train station) You can get a Covid test at the pharmacy on the corner Farmacia Jucci. They are also open Easter Sunday.

So I don’t usually do a bath especially on Silversea I feel funny asking the butler to draw a bath that I could just do myself. BUT was it really amazing or just OK. I am sailing next month so I’m thinking about this

I always book a guarantee if it’s available. You’re guaranteed a vista suite which there’s usually five or six of. I’ve always gotten a veranda and in the middle of the ship usually. I love the guarantee if I can get it

Going to cruise next year on silver spirit. Want to make a hotel reservation but not sure which they go to if it’s Maritima or Basilico. Anyone know?

 I do the guarantee because it’s the cheapest rate.  very rarely do you end up with a vista suite and usually end up with a balcony it’s worth not knowing for me. I always book directly with Brian at Silversea instead of a TA

Anyone know if you can rent a car in Kristiansund Norway in town? The airport is too much of a hassle to get to. Would like to rent a car for the day to do the Atlantic Road and surrounding areas. Thanks

I always take the airport bus in Barcelona. It's so easy and it lets you off right in the plaza you could just walk to your hotel. I've done it several times and will be doing it again in October.

I have stayed twice at larosadeiventi-Vernazza.it. That is the website she has lovely rooms. Giuliana on those three rooms the one with the balcony is the best. I also have stayed with her cousin Ivo. Ivocamere.com. Both really clean it really
