I would like for you to tell me the answer to a few of questions when you return. We have read that the wrap and the L-room actually have to go through a shared door before entering their cabin door. I would like to know if that is true. Also, I was wondering if there is any overhang for shade. Could you check and see if the partition can open to the aft extended balconies? Take care of our cabin. We are really excited about our May cruise in that room.

Sailingwithfriends I have had the aft wrap on 8 other Carnival cruises! I actually had the aft wrap on deck 7 when Sunshine was Destiny. There was a door in the hall to the room but I will let you know if they changed it when they did the makeover. There is somewhat of a over hang on the balcony, more so on the side. The partition can be opened by the room stewart. We had c3 abins in a row on the aft before and they opened all the partitions. I will post some pictures of the room and balcony when I get back.

Has anyone gone out of NO while Mardi Gras was going on? Im on the Feb. 23rd cruise and am a little nervous. There are 3 parades that day and 4 parades the day we get back. Does anyone know the earliest the port parking opens?

Cab fare will run you about $10. You could take SkyTrain from Main St. Station to Waterfront Station for $2.50pp. Canada Place is about 3 blocks from Harbour Centre where you will find a BC Liquor Store for your wine purchase and a place to purchase some soda. You may be as well to bring your wine with you from the US as our wine prices in BC tend to be up 3 times what you are likely used of paying...and you can certainly bring 2 bottles into Canada duty free.

Thank you, we will get the wine in Seattle, put it in ziplock bags and put it in our checked luggage on the train. Wonder if I can take a 12 pack of cokes on the train?

We are taking Amtrak from Seattle to Vancouver to go on our Spirit cruise in May. How much is a taxi from the Amtrak station to Canada place? Also we want to stop and get 2 bottles of wine and a 12 pak of cokes, is there any stores near the port or on the way to get these things? Thanks!!

OK now im a little worried about our choice of V3 and the size of the balcony on Fantasy next week. On all of our Carnival cruises weve had the corner aft 9A balcony except for Liberty and we had the extended balcony next to the corner 9A. Wow looking at the pictures the V3 balcony it is beyond small! We got a great interline rate for the suite but wondering how we are going to manage that balcony! I dont even care that it wont be very private, im not going to be out there doing anything I dont want others to see, even the Captain...lol!

Just back from Half Moon...ive been to Coco Cay and Labadee but Half Moon was by far the best. We had a cabana and I will definately plana cruise that goes there again and get the cabana.

hi going on Conquest in april, were in corner aft 7440. Can someone tell me if there is a shower and tub or just a shower? Is there a fridge and do we get robes? Hubby wants to know what kind of dark beer they serve. Thanks!
