  1. Just be advised, other than facing aft, H6 rooms on the Epic are completely different than those on the Escape.

How are they different? And how do those round beds works? We did a Spa Haven suite previously on Escape and it did not have a round bed. The hot tub in the room was a nice idea but way too small for two people so not really considering that again. Thanks!

  2. Hi All!

Looking to book our next cruise and I'm considering an aft balcony cabin on either Epic or Escape. Also kicking around booking the H6 category larger balcony aft cabin. I'm concerned about vibrations/noise with those cabins and I'm looking for feedback from fellow cruisers who may have booked those types of cabins previously. LOVE the idea of the aft cabins but want to know the practicality.

    Thank you!

  3. When you upgrade to the Haven you get all the Haven benefits any other guest in the haven would get - so if you're in H9 you do indeed get the spa pass, it's part of the H9 room.

The only things you don't get are 3/5 bonus things you don't have because you originally booked a balcony - you keep the 2 you selected. You don't get the wifi, excursion credits and whatever the 5th thing is, assuming you selected dining and drink package as your 2.

I upgraded to the Haven last year on the getaway for my honeymoon.

I upgraded to Haven Spa H9 two weeks ago on Escape. You get all the Haven features and services EXCEPT the extra Free on Board perks that you had to select from when you booked your original room. We loved the extra space and king size bed - which came in extra handy when my husband injured his back (not due to anything on or with the ship) and had to spend the last 5 days of the trip flat on his back. Bummer for him (well for both of us) but at least he was able to be more comfortable. Our Haven butler was outstanding with making sure we had everything we could possibly want or need to help make him as comfortable as possible.

  4. Woo-hoo!!!!!! Got the "congratulations" email yesterday that we're upgraded to the a Haven Spa suite for our Saturday (2/18). Upgraded from a B9 category to an H9. First time in the Haven so really looking forward to it. Accepted bid was on the mid/low end of "Good". Added a good bit of $$ to overall cost to the cruise but WAY less than had I booked the Haven originally. Don't mind that I'm not getting the additional Free at Sea perks - got the only ones that matter to us (beverage and dining) when we booked the balcony. See ya in couple days!!!
