I booked our reservation on the 11/9 sailing from Pt Canaveral on the Enchantment and the promotion was BOGO 50% off and $50 Stateroom Credit. The credit was never applied, the cruise is sold out, and the manager I just spoke with at RC said that was never a promotion on the date I booked the cruise, 10/24. He basically called me a liar, which I'm not. I had even called RC to make sure the stateroom credit could be applied to a beverage package and she told me how to do it.  Did anyone happen to book with this promotion, that has proof of the promotion being offered, as his last comment to me was, "Do you have any proof?", which of course, I don't.

I am new to Princess and am very interested in trying the wine tastings on CB. I'm wondering if they are just sips of each wine, or a 4 oz glass? Also, are tapas or sushi served at no additional charge with either of the tastings?

Do you have to reserve a spot prior to the event?

We're you booked through a travel agent, TXGalAJ?

We booked a cruise last December for this September. It has been paid in full since June, through a travel agent, who happens to be a friend of ours and is joining us on this particular cruise. The cruise prices dropped last month, and they were able to upgrade us from an inside guarantee to an ocean view guarantee, in place of the monetary savings. Now, the balcony price is on,y $12 pp over what we paid (total, not $12 per day!). RCI has told our travel agent friend that they cannot get us this deal because its a Going, Going, Gone deal. If I sign into RCCL's website, and search for cruises, not deals, it comes up with this price. I called RCI, and they can't help me, but told me to have my TA call them. They've tried, twice today. For us to upgrade to a balcony, it will cost $240, they say. Is there any hope to get the balcony at the $12 pp increase, or should I give up?
