Are the Interior Spa Staterooms any larger than the Regular Staterooms?

Do these rooms have any extra perks that the Regular Staterooms don't have?

Has anyone been on the 10 day Southern Caribbean Seafarer? (Goes to Aruba)

Is the room quiet and in a good location on the ship for the various activities.?

We are looking to travel on February 26, 2018.

My husband and I will be boarding the HAL's Konningsdam on April 15th at the port in Civitavecchia.

Does anyone know which nights (dates) are the "Formal" dinner nights?

We'd like to know so that if we wish, we can book around those evenings at the specialty restaurants.

I would like to see in this new policy that electronic cigarettes not be allowed to be used in staterooms also. Besides the smell there are more and more accidents (explosions) with the use of these items. Times are changing and cruise ships need to come up with strong smoking policies and enforce them.

Electronic cigarettes should not be allowed to be used in staterooms. There are getting to be more and more cases of sudden explosions from using them and they can cause devastating injures. Plus you do not to have a fire in the rooms.

Hi:

A group of four of us are sailing on the new Koningsdam ship Feb. 12, 2017. I was wondering if any one had or knew where I could get a copy of a sample of the "Daily Program" from the Koningsdam. Interested in the evening shows and what the food is like in the Lido Market and Main Dining Room.

We usually travel on Celebrity so looking for any advise from anyone who has travelled on the Koningsdam.

Why are they allowing people to smoke electronic cigarettes in staterooms when they are not permitted in other public areas.? These electronic cigarettes still have a smell. We are sailing on the Koningsdam in February. We mostly sail with Celebrity. We sailed a few years ago on the ms new Amsterdam. We saw people smoking in washrooms and reported it. They should only be allowed to use electronic cigarettes in smoking areas only.

If I was choosing ports I would go on Princess. If I was choosing overall service and ships I would choose Celebrity.

Anyone know what the entertainment is for the 2016 March cruise?

.Production Show Disco..Blame It on The Boogie Emerald Princess Singers & Dancers - just so so (their other production was just so so)

.Comedy Variety Jammin Jan Lammont ( On Saturday night and Monday night. Repeated a lot of what he did on Saturday night. Not vey good.)

.Comedy Showtime starring Mike Siegel was very good

.New Musical Magic To Do was very good and worth seeing.

.Voice of the Ocean was better than I thought it would be. (two qualifying nights and final 8 performed on Friday night)

.Good entertainment in the Piazza area. (pianist Ryszard Sulek, Strings and Steel Duo, Pianist Joshua Condon and Dixieland Jazz with David and the Emerald Showband, juggler & handbalancing performer Danny D'Oscar)

.Explorers Lounge - Soul Rocker

.Wheelhouse Bar - Dance to the Music of Rhumba Jazz Duo, Guitar & vocal Terry Conlon

.Crooner's Bar - piano and vocal entertainer Henry Saxby

The cruise director on the ship is Neil Roberts from Australia. The entertainment on the ship was just so so. Comedian Jammin Jay Lamont was not very good. Comedian Mike Siegel was very good. The production shows by the Emerald Princess Singers & Dancers were nothing to right home about. (Some singers off key and the choreography could have been better. The new Musical Magic To Do is excellent. The Voice of the Ocean was far better than I thought it would be. Two nights they had tryouts and final 8 competed on Friday night. The winner of the first Voice of the Ocean on the Emerald Princess was a singer from Ontario Canada. We enjoyed the entertainment in the Piazza area.

Thanks for the info as we are sailing on the Emerald Princess (7 day cruise) January 30, 2016. Looks like there is lots to do on the ship and you can be as busy as you want to be. We are looking forward to seeing the new "Magic To Do Show".

Great to hear things are good on the Emerald Princess. Have been reading some comments about things wrong on the ship. However I don't really believe what a lot of people say till I experience it myself. Looking forward to sailing on the Emerald Princess for the first time Jan. 30,2016 on the Princess cruise line.

Six of us are sailing on the Emerald Princess on Jan. 30, 2016. I have a few questions if anyone could answer them please:

1. What are the times for the shows in the Princess Theatre at night?

2.I see Sabatini is now called Shared Restaurant. Has anyone ate there?

3. Is the Chef's Table on the Emerald Princess?

.Is anytime dining in both the Da Vinci Dining Room and the Michelangelo Dining Room and which one do you prefer?

4.Crab Shack where is it located on the ship and is it only at lunch time?

5. Afternoon Tea is 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Where is this taking place on the ship.

This is our first time on the Princess line. We have sailed on the Celebrity Summit (5) and Reflection (1) and on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam.

We are cruising on the Princess Line for the first time on Jan. 30, 2016. (Emerald Princess) We have sailed on the Celebrity Summit 4 times, Celebrity Reflection 1 time and Holland American Nieuw Amsterdam 1 time. Has anyone stayed in inside stateroom C516 on the Caribe Deck and is this a quiet deck to be on? Are the elevators not too far way from the stateroom?

We have been used to excellent service and how is the service on the Princess line? We chose this cruise because we like the islands they will be visiting.

They have a lot of choices for eating so I would assume the quality of the food is good. What is the quality of the shows in the main theatre?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
