As a healthcare professional you may know you may have taken your last cruise then. No guarantee of vaccine based on history of other viruses. Hope this is not the case.

Yes I am fully aware that we may have taken our last cruise.  If so I can say that we have had 8 amazing cruises and have been to some awesome places.  Maybe its time to explore those places you have taken us and spend more time there.  Cruising is not the only way to vacation.  Sometimes we just need to slow down and enjoy the life we have!  I hope that in the future we can cruise again, but not in the foreseeable future for us.

  2. We will be cancelling our November cruise from San Juan before final payment in July.  I'd rather be out a couple hundred dollars than our life.  We won't be cruising until a vaccine is available.  We are in the high risk age group, but healthy and want to stay that way. We've cancelled our All-Inclusive vacation to Jamaica later this month and a trip to Florida last month to visit friends.  I'm sure many of the people on the cruise ships that sailed in early March were well when they embarked.  I am a retired Health care professional so I know what they are going through on the front lines.  Speechless!!

  3. We did the Elegance catamaran last Feb. It was the best excursion of our cruise. We were pampered by their attentive crew. The food was delicious and non stop as well as beverages. We were sorry to leave as each crew member shared their lives and made us feel so welcome to share their beautiful island. They do fill up very quickly so you want to confirm as soon as you decide.

  4. We did an express deal through Priceline. Put in for 4 stars Condado/OSJ area and got La Concha for 2 nights pre-cruise. This was the hotel we were hoping for. Got it for $179 per night, minus 5% coupon. We leave Feb. 2015.

  5. Does anyone have any experience doing the name your price for San Juan Hotel stays pre-cruise? Were you happy with the experience and would you do it again? We want to stay in Condado area in Feb. 2015 before our cruise on Adventure. I realize the resort fees are added and payable to the hotel at the time of your stay. It looks like the taxes are included after your price is determined. Is it better to wait until just a few months before check in? I'm hesitant to "take the plunge".
