It was a 60 day cancel promo. So I believe I will get everything back.

It looks like we are going to cancel our Greek Isles cruise on the Jade. It’s day 80 so I will be entitled to 100%????. Does that include the travel insurance? And stupidly I purchased spa passes & a few additional nights of dining. Ugh. I really thought we’d be able to go. Husband is still in a leg brace & not making much progress & I’m immune compromised. Afraid I’ll test positive somewhere.

Thanks y’all for your help. I called the 800 number & they fixed everything. So now I have the correct service charge amount from over $2K back down to the hundreds it was supposed to be. He also fixed my dining.

I have 3 weeks until payment & I can’t decide. My husband isn’t keen on the idea, so I’m afraid the whole trip will be an “I told you so…”  I usually cruise with others- ha ha. And I really don’t want to outlay $5K for the potential of a future cruise credit if we decide not to go at the last minute. Even 100% vaxed, I have immune issues so I would have to cancel if Covid in Greece/Europe got bad again. I figured there won’t be 100%vaxed cruises so it ends my only chance.

So if there is a problem I just call the reservation number? Is that 24/7?

I have called the PCC who booked my cruise 4 times & no response for the last week. My billing is all messed up. I was on the phone for an hour with her changing my cabin class & now everything is messed up & I have the error in my service charge of $2200+. I’m not sailing until Sept, but I do have to make a final payment by the end of this month.

I can’t abide people not calling back. I’ll give you a pass on the first call but not 4. What happens if I have a problem? Or my NCL air connection strands me somewhere. She could at least email.

Any recommendations here?

Ok, I’m still not getting it. We got 2 nights dining free, which I booked. I then went in today & added 3 nights of specialty dining and paid for it. But when I went to book Moderno & Teppanyaki it charged me $93 each reservation. I don’t understand? I didn’t book it as I wasn’t sure.

Yes, $2K is def a mistake & cruise price has another strange $1800 charge above & beyond. I downgraded from “club suite” to balcony & apparently it caused a ton of problems. I was on hold for an hour & this is the result. It was a $600 difference that I thought I’d use for more specialty dining & spa passes.

If the cruise doesn’t sail or I have to use my insurance & cancel. Are excursions, weekly spa pass & extra specialty dining refundable? I’d hate to wait until 60 days out to book everything but I don’t want to lose $$.

I contacted a private boat/catamaran  company based on recs on the Greece board but it was €700 for 2. A little pricey, but will see if I can find 2 takers from our 9/26 Jade cruise.

Can I do a sunrise cruise if we are leaving at 9? I’m hoping I can see Oia but not sure if there is time 12-9 is not a lot of time if we are supposed to be on board 2 hours prior.

Yes, there are 55 tours listed, but I really don’t want to spend all day on a tour bus or following people around. I was looking for some short ones, but they are mostly selfie tours. 

I’ve called & left a message with the agent 3 times. I’ll call again after the holiday.

I did read that if the weren’t allowed to ask for vaccinations the cruise line would require unvaxes to purchase travel insurance & I think there was another requirement too. 

Will they add more shore excursions? The offerings are pretty dismal. They have 3 “selfie tours”, like it’s 2018. I’m afraid to book a private tour in case the cruise is cancelled or I have to cancel. Are people booking private tours?
 

I’m waiting to pay until 60 days out which is 7/28 for me. I’m hoping if the 7/25 sailing on Jade goes the others will follow barring an issue.

I assume I won’t get any air confirmation until I’ve paid the entire price- 100% is due 60 days out.

No, it’s got to be a mistake, I’m hoping. Everything has gone to hell since I downgraded my cabin from mini suite to balcony. I’ll call today but I was on the phone with them for over an hour yesterday. I must have a new agent. They had my son’s info in the booking instead of my husband. And I also added a deviation. I thought doing it all at one time it would be efficient.
