For those of you have sailed both Carnival and NCL, what are the differences.  I have sailed multiple Carnival sailings and will be sailing NCL this spring.

Driving to FLL for a March cruise. Will be arrive 2 days early to stop and see family in Stuart (1 1/2 hours north). Planning on renting a van for 6 adults for the drive. I may be able to get a rental rate where I do not have to pay re-location fee and thinking about returning rental to airport prior to cruise and then get another rental for trip home. Does National offer free shuttle service from FLL airport to Pier?? If this is the case, we will stay in Stuart for 2 nights. Other option is to keep the rental for the week as this will be cheaper than the re-location fee and then we will need a hotel with a cruise and park rate for 1 night in FLL and the other night will be in Stuart. Any good recommendations for a hotel in FLL with a cruise and park rate.

My ccollapsible coolers typically leak around the zipper. If you keep them level and not fill to the top with ice you should be fine. At home I use ice packs to solve this problem.
