Done 3 crises the last year, Ovation, Brilliance and just on Explorer now.... I've noticed a huge increase in the taste and quality of the food in the Windjammer. Thoughts?
We were on the SOS last month. The food in the windjammer was really good. The dessert were amazing. Never did eat in the MDR

A couple of years ago it was $20. It's was fun but I don't think I'd pay $30 for it. Just off the Liberty last month didn't notice any classes.

How long does it take the ship to sail out on the Mississippi River before reaching the gulf? Thanks.
It take a while. I'm not sure but at least 6 or 7 hrs. I'm sure someone will know the exact time

Hi all, apologies if this has been asked before but I have searched and can't find it. I see they "re-branded" the concierge lounge on Anthem to a Suite Lounge. Apart from presumably D+ now not been able to use it, are there any other differences?

From what I've seen on the Liberty only suite guest can use the suite lounge everyone else is now in the diamond lounge.

Who was the Diamond Concierge on board and did they try to correct the situation?
In the past we've had great service in the Diamond Lounge.

He came by once an spoke to us other them that no just walked around . The Concierge Club is now Suites Only! Everyone from Diamond and above is crammed into the diamond lounge. My personal option is that the rug has been pulled out from under the C/A members. Just my thought on the subject.

We are just off the Liberty. The port up grade was amazing beautiful and clean. Fast check in and easy boarding. You do have to walk aways to clear customs but it was a easy down hill slope.
The only bad experience but not enough to spoil the cruise was the diamond lounge.

As a couple who aren't much for sitting around tanning in the sun, it seems the thing to do in Cozumel is to go to an all inclusive beach to do just that? Are these resorts still fun for those who like more active things (good food, drink, adventure!)?
If not, please tell me if there's any alternatives you highly recommend!
Note: my fiance doesn't have a very high alcohol tolerance so I don't know if he would be keen on partaking in the highly recommended Cozumel Bar Hop!
Additional info: I love snorkeling while my fiance likes things like plantation tours to learn about new cultures and ways of life!
Look at the Salsa Salsa Margarita. It's is really a lot of fun. You learn to make several different salsas and margaritas( the margaritas are not strong ). They teach you to dance the salsa.

We are leaving out of Galveston in Dec for the first time. My question is do I need to prepay or will there be enough parking spots for everyone. We like to park at the port so please no other parking options. We have always sailed out of Port Canaveral and they have enough spots so we don't pre pay.

We use lighthouse parking. It is better to make reservation and pre-pay for a covered spot. They are very friendly and will take you and your luggage to the ship. They are always there when we get off and will handle your luggage.
Am I crazy, or has Windjammer improved immensely?
