If you have ever been the Skagway, the shore ex pick up is in the same parking lot location at the end of the pier,,,  just need to wait in line to catch the pier shuttle. 

 

Thanks. It's that last sentence that concerns me. Your picture of the shuttle line worries me that I won’t be able to make a 7:30 excursion with a 7:00 arrival. 

Thanks so much for the thorough review! We are two weeks away from sailing this same ship/itinerary. and this has helped immensely in our preparation. 

Question about Skagway, if you please. Are excursion shuttles allowed on the pier, or do you have take the free shuttle to the end to meet your group? We are doing an early, non-NCL excursion and want to make sure we have time to meet them.

@amygutmanWe're in - and on - the same boat (and at same time). 2020 Alaska cruise was canceled and we're finally getting around to making it up. Now we're counting down the days.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but am curious how you will be able to change categories at no cost this close to sailing. We're on the Jade last week of March and I asked my TA about an upgrade or a cheap upsale given that prices had dropped. NCL advised that the only way for us to upgrade at the new prices was to cancel (with resultant penalties) and rebook. Just curious if you have confirmed you will be able to make the switch.

We don't see the credit on our vacation summary either. I was starting to doubt my TA though she sent me an email listing the items she was seeing from her side and it was definitely there.
