We're considering a beach day in Belize. Any recommendations?

We booked a private excursion with Victor Bodden Tours in Roatan. Book it on their website and you can select what you want to see and what you don't. It was just us and our guide/driver, and he was most knowledgeable and accommodating with any requests we had along the way ("ooh, that's neat...pull over").

I have heard of this from ship mate. Reviews look great and a few great reviews from you all. I think this is what we will plan on. Thank you so much!

We are trying to put together our excursions for Roatan and Belize and looking for your favs. Cruise Critic has always given great advice and we have always found great things to do with your help! Thanks ahead of time!!

We have sailed Carnival twice. I was on the boards Non Stop. They are full of information and the people are Wonderful! You could ask anything at all and great info was given Every time. Then we booked a cruise with Royal. I was SHOCKED at how rude their boards were. Snide and sarcastic. Unbelievable! Glad to be sailing Carnival again and back to these boards!

Another cruise in the planning but this time we are leaving out of New Orleans and we have never sailed from this port. Please Any helpful hints, great ideas, and suggestions are much appreciated! 😁

We will be on the Allure.

We are cruising in April and are still deciding if we are going to take our 22 month old or leave her home with DG. Advice from fellow cruisers who have cruised with a toddler would be great!

We will have two teenage girls (13/15) on their first cruise in April. I have found very mixed to negative reviews of the AO program for teens and virtually no reviews for teen girls specifically. Anyone with experience ?

We too will be crushing in April with our 16 year old. My kids have always hung with their teen groups and have Loved it! We have to make them hang with us sometimes!

Just returned from the beach at Labadee. We went to Columbus Cove, drenched ourselves in sunblock and insect repellent. Never saw a mosquito. There were flies, though. The beach is nice and there's a lot of trees so you can be in the shade. You don't need to take the ferry, you can walk from the pier. It's not that far. I'm a lazy 73 year old and it was ok. :)

How far of a walk would you say? Last time we were there we Thought the beach we were at was Columbus Cove..turns out-Nope 😝 I guess we didn't go far enough. We are headed back in a couple of months and would like to actually go to Columbus Cove this time!

Is there food provided in Labidee for regular cruisers or just suite guests?

There is a lunch buffet for all cruisers.

I'm on the Oasis this week and we docked at Labadee this morning. We did see a sail boat with a red sail, many thought it was a protester but it turned out to be nothing. So glad they're letting us on the island!:)

I'm out of the loop...what is this about? We will be in Labadee in a couple of months...other than the virus is there something else going on?

Myself, my husband and my 16 yr old son are going on our first cruise with Allure of the seas Feb 14th, and its going to Bahamas, St. Thomas and St. Marten. We heard that its cheaper to get your own excursions on the Islands then to book with the ship. Can anyone suggest any good excursions to do on your own and safely make it back in time?

Yes, Gordon Did the morning show as well..He was good and funny.

We just sailed with him 4/11-19 as well...Didn't care for him to much. I did enjoy the Morning Show...That's about it from him.
