If you are trying to add for onboard credit you will have to wait until you board. Once you board you can apply at the kiosk or at guest services. Hope this helps.😁

I recieved the offer when I booked a couple of months ago. I only placed a deposit down for my cruise. I think it was good for 24 or 48 hours.I can't remember exactly what the discount but I want to say around 20 percent.

I ordered a $500 gift card on 11/15 and have not received it yet, and my order still says it is pending and not shipped. Has anyone else had it take over 2 weeks to receive one?

The first time I ordered them it took 3 weeks and we didn't get them in time for our cruise. The last couple of times I have been getting them in about a week.

I've seen a number of posts about taking the #10 bus to Fish Fry. Is walking an option? Safe? It doesn't look to be too far from the dock. Anyone walked instead of taking the bus?

We usually walk. This week we took the number 10. The bus was so much easier. You can just hop on and hop off. I think the cost was 1.25 a person.

If you ordered 2 weeks ago and they still have not shipped then I would call. Mine have never taken over 7 days from the time I ordered until the time I received them.

I have called twice. I called yesterday and they told me that it takes up to 5 days to ship after they confirm my order. Unfortunately they didn't call to confirm until this Monday. Next time I will call them and try to confirm the order right after I order. I was getting the digital ones before so I was not aware that they have to talk to you after an order is place that is over 500.00. I will Def use a different approach next time. :)

I was in the same boat. I order 500.00 worth 2 weeks ago. They still haven't been shipped. We leave on Monday for a 5 day cruuse. No biggie I will use them for my March cruise balance. :) Good luck. I hope u get them before you leave.

I just booked a cruise on the Glory (4-23-16) on line for the $50 deposit per person. We I booked it after putting in my Credit car info, it went directly to a screen where it said I had been charged the full cruise amount!! No option was offered about different deposit amount. I called the Diamond desk right away to see about this problem. They immediately fixed my problem. The lady said that they have been getting reports of this happening to other guests. So heads up!!! John F

The same thing happen to me. I was charged just over 3500. I called and they fixed it. I did make sure I clicked deposit only so I am not to sure what happen.

99.1 is a fever . Normal temp is 98.6 . He does have a fever if temp is 99.1.

We arrived this past week at 11 and checked in but they made us wait until noon before they boarded anyone, and that was including FTTF and platinum members. We didn't purchase FTTF but I was so tired of waiting to get on when they called them to board my sister & I snuck in with a group and we got right on!

 

We did the same thing on the way off. They took our luggage at night and we just got off with the people that kept there luggage, was no big deal and it went much faster.

We cruised on her in April and had a great time! Good food, drinks and staff. The slots weren't kind to us but that's all random. If you have any specific questions feel free to message me. We are going on the Splendor again next month. I can't wait! :)

I guess I am the first one to question something that I noticed in the original post. The OP stated that she received an email, and then her husband received a phone call. I am assuming that they are staying in the same cabin and, therefore, are coupled under the same booking number. How, and why, would Carnival contact more than one person under the same booking? I have signed in to Carnival's website, but with my spouse's info. Any contact that Carnival has made with us has been solely to my spouse. Just looking for some clarification on this...

I recieved a email on Thursday and then our home number recieved a call on Friday. Not sure why that needed a clarification but you should be able to sleep well tonight!
