We are booked on this 10 day cruise at the end of February and getting mixed info regarding yellow fever certificates The itinerary includes Cartagena, and from here goes to Panama canal and then to Costa Rica does anyone know if we will be allowed to access these ports? We do not have a yellow fever certificate due to the vaccine, not been recommended for over 60s Any info, greatly appreciated
