One of the other factors that must be considered is that fact that many people have lost their jobs and won’t be spending money on vacation. Even those with jobs returning will have lost a certain percentage of their salary. So spending might be tight for the foreseeable future.

There seems to be some NCL appologists again who say it’s only 50 cents per person a day. So what. Isn’t that the exactly what nickel and dime is. Just what NCL is famous for

New to this site so excuse me if this has been asked and answered already. We are on a Disney cruise in Alaska and have been offered the adventures by Disney add on. It is pricy and I wonder if anyone has done it and is it worth it. We have no problem with the cost if it is worth it. Thanks

Cruise critic news has not even reported this on their news page. Are they afraid of bad news. Do they only report the industry’s good news

I like the larger ncl ships because you can choose the haven and feel like you’re on a smaller ship but leave it when you want the larger ship extras

my wife and i also got off the regal yesterday. i know that the staff can vary from person to person but i must say that i found the mdr staff at breakfast seemed confused and out of their depth. at dinner i think that either they gotten rid of the waiters assistant or perhaps they now support several waiter because our poor waiter had to handle everything down to refilling water. don't get me wrong. all of this is small potato in a wonderful vacation.

I guess all this " if I don't use it I don't care if they charge you " talk will end when sheets and blankets and soap and hangers all start costing. my point is they are taking what used to be totally carefree way of travelling and making it stressful. sorry all inclusive resorts are beginning to look appealling

just got off the epic haven 2 weeks ago. ill give you whatever information I can. we embarked at Barcelona so I cant say about port Canaveral. there was coffee and pastries out at breakfast in the café. as for snacks during the day, being in the haven means the butler brings snacks to you suite everyday so I never looked elsewhere. let him know what you like and its there. the restaurant in the haven is very good especially for breakfast. it doesn't change but they let you order of menu if they can. you will be spoiled and never want anything else. let me know if you have other question.

I have not stayed in a two bedroom on the epic but have stayed in a two bedroom on the getaway. The experience was so fantastic that we bocked a two bedroom on the epic. You will love the experience. It is unfortunate that nothing else will do afterwards

I dont think you can go wrong with any haven suite, but one advantage to staying in the haven that i havent seen adressed is the concierges closeness. If we were disembarking he would take us down in a private elevator avoiding the crowds. The same for seeing shows. You could use him if you are in the other suites but if you stay in the haventhey are right there to take advantage of. A small thing but it helps.

My wife and i were in 16708 on the same dates. We also were in the haven for the first but definetly not the last time. Jorge was wonderful as was the entire staff.

My wife and i were in cabin 16708 on the same cruise. The haven has spoiled us. No other cabin will be the same after this.

Dont know if i just dont feel it or what. We were all the way foward on 16 on the May 16 cruise and i never felt any movement. Maybe i just have sea legs.

It just seems to me that freestyle cruising is only what they deem is freestyle. I thought it was supposed to be what i thought was freestyling!

It just seems to me that they are taking the all inclusive no worries vacation and making it worrisome. There are other vacation choices that can be made . And they seem to be pushing people towards them.
