We waited 4 hours for a car at the downtown Avis location. We had a 9 am reservation and didn’t get our car until 1PM. I would avoid at all cost from renting from this location. 

Need to add..   the experience dropping the car off at this location and shuttle to port went smoothly. I will never use this Avis location again after I seen the way they treated everyone that morning. 

Don’t do it.   We just got off the joy on Saturday and had a prepaid car rental at this location. The shuttle picked us up promptly but once at Avis we waited with 100’s of other people for a car.  We were told “ we don’t have any cars available it will be between 50 minutes and 4 hours. The location only had two chairs inside so people were sitting g on the side walk outside in the heat. We waited exactly 4 hours for a car and they gave us a car that had been sitting in the lot for those 4 hours. We had a four hour drive to Orlando and could have missed our flight if we had waited much longer. Read the reviews on google there is hundreds of reviews that talk about the same issues we had. 

I asked  Arvin and they will  be on the joy until May 22.

Renting from AVIS before and after cruise. Will drop off and pick up at location close to port.  They will shuttle us free to and from the port. 

We also have a late flight out of Sanford. I booked a day room from ResortPass.com. It was $90 available from 8am to 6 PM. Our flights at 8pm so this works perfectly for us. My cruise is in April 9th  I can let you know our experience if your cruise date is later.

Just got ours and it took 25  days. 

I canceled on 12-23-21 and just received the full amount back on my CC 1-3-22. 

I canceled last week and I was told 30 days. When Covid first started our cruise was canceled by NCL and we were told 90 days for refund and our card was credited on day 87.

This will be our first cruise and was wondering when is the best time to book.? Right now NCL is offering 60% off is this a good deal or should we wait a little longer to book? The cruise we will be going on is in April. Thanks in advance for any advice. 
 

My FCC also disappeared and was there last night hopefully will see that refund soon from our April 4th cruise. 

On the 18th will be 60 days since filling out refund request form for cancellation of April 6th Cruise. I spoke with someone yesterday at NCL and she said it is taking close to 90 days if your cruise was paid in full.

My prepaid gratuity was divided between me and my husband  and added to our FCC. I will be filling out for form on Monday for return of money to CC. Not sure how this is going to work he paid for cruise and I paid for tips.
