  1. Booked on Jun 3 cruise. Flying to Oslo and staying near train station. Hoping to catch late morning train to Bergen.

My first booking when searching for air to Oslo ended up to TLF (I think) as search came up with that airport as well as OSL. I was able to change it under the 24 hour rule so just be careful when booking your own air.

I think I also read that trains can not be reserved until 6 months or later.

I'm interested in any comments from people that traveled from the airport to downtown Oslo; and also from train station to the ship in Bergen. Taxi costs or used public transportation?

    Thanks!

  2. Back to the share holder benefits - Norwegian HAS included Oceania -- see http://files.shareholder.com/downloads/ABEA-5WOY6H/0x0x681828/4AF17A4F-D574-4094-BDE8-5AD5FA288377/blankPDF.pdf

Regarding OBCs from RC and Carnival, I have never been denied credits as a share holder because of other credits received as part of my booking - I am not sure how Norwegian will handle but I am going for it!

Oceania club benefits would not be combinable?

  3. As this is a special cruise you will not be able to put down 10% only, it will have to be the full 20% and you will not get a discount from Oceania..

Usually you are 100% correct but I used an onboard booking and paid a 10% deposit. I got a discount for my outside cabin as well. No discounts are provided for inside cabins on any voyage for using an onboard booking.
