Just got back and I agree with what everyone has said. The days in port are really nice and in the high 70's. Evenings are cool and the first and last day are windy and chilly. I wore shorts on port days (during the day) and pants at night and on sea days.

I thought I read that Platinum holders could get 1 special coffee per cruise.
Was I dreaming this??

When I did the test three weeks ago, it was fine. However, when my husband did the test, the prompter missed the part about telling him to take off the strip and secure the test. We secured it on our own but the test was thrown out due to the proctor not giving the correct directions. Be careful!!

We are at the RIU Jalisco, an all inclusive. This place is huge! The drinks are flowing freely, and the weather is absolutely perfect! Have a great day everyone! 🤗🍺😎
Are you and Patty planning on doing your own review of the Panarama?

That is one tiny lobster tail. Rice and broccoli pretty skimpy, too. I think I’d have to order two full dinners.
This is also a Canadian tail. Notice how the meat is not really white and the shape of the tail is different from Main Lobster. Canadian lobster tails are small are are really not that good. Plus they are plentiful now and cheap!

We had the Carnival shuttle for our 12:30 flight. It left at 9:30 and we had plenty of time for breakfast and also time when we arrived at the airport. We did not carry off our bags, but picked them up downstairs by the shuttle...we put the bags out around 11:00pm the night before we disembarked. This worked out perfectly for us.

On our Carnival Dream cruise my husband and I could not eat the entre. We told the waiter and Maitre D and they offered us a free dessert anytime we wanted it. Not another entre ....nothing.

I received a letter from Carnival tonight that tells me to complete a vaccination report or my cruise will be cancelled. I don't cruise again until February and this letter says that I have only 48 hours to fill out the info. When I go to my Cruise Planner, it says that I can't fill anything out until January. Here is the letter I recieved
Dear Carnival Guest,
We are looking forward to welcoming you on board!
Vaccinated cruises are available for guests who have received their final dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to embarkation day and have proof of vaccination. Additionally, fully vaccinated guests must present the negative results of a COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) taken within two days of their embarkation.
If you are unvaccinated, please visit our Have Fun. Be Safe. page on Carnival.com for information on vaccine exemptions.
In order to manage this sailing, every guest on your reservation must complete this vaccination attestation upon receipt of this email. Please log on to Carnival.com and go to the Cruise Manager located in “Manage My Booking” to complete the vaccine attestation listed on your to-do list. If you haven’t created an account, please do so before completing this task.
We must receive your completed attestation within 48 hours of this email. If we do not receive a response for each member of your party, your reservation may be subject to cancellation and your cruise fare automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Colleen Oliverio

We were on a Carnival cruise two weeks ago and did not receive this letter. We can't access the place to put in this info . Has anyone else received this? -
My husband's proctor skipped one instruction and his test was then invalid. It was their fault, but nothing we could do about it.

Just off the Dream and the 4 comedians did not change their act, so if you see one of their shows, you have seen them all.
-
Yes, the better locations go first.

We are on the Dream this weekend and it's been a few years since our last cruise. We have reservations at the steakhouse and a few years ago the tip was included in the price. Is it still the same or do we tip on the $38 pp?? Thank you!!

I think you have to book through the casino because they are not having casino tornements. Instead they are giving $25 pp if you booked with a casino rating. Maybe also Platinum...we are Platinum but our $25 is coming from the casino priced we booked with.

I have the test kit but can't figure out how to download the code. Please help. I have an IPhone and an IPad.

Can you not drink the wine but take it back to your room?

I am so going to miss your great reviews and pictures! Please let us know when you go on your next cruise and which ship you will be on. You are WONDERFUL!

Thank you for your honest review! Did you ever go to the Steakhouse? Just wondering how that is.
-
I am curious why you would get an OBC. Did you upgrade or downgrade?
-
Your reviews are wonderful!! How was the beef tenderloin? It did not look like filet. Was it good?

Do the shops still have discounted cigarettes and liquor?
